I showed DONNA exactly how I want them. A simple French tip on hands and feet and she did not do that. She made the acrylic too long on my feet and refused to cut them down & I asked for French tip on my hands and she said I was too picky and she cannot do the French tip. Donna CUT my foot by trying to remove white nail polish from my feet with a scraper. There was ROACHES crawling by me and my friend’s feet.

Not sure what happened to this place, used to be friendly and a nice little stop when at the mall. Today was terrible. $55 for pedicures, no nail trim, no massage for me, minimal for my fiance, they cheese grated the top of his foot and toes making him bleed. Gave him a water bottle, didn't offer me one and the place smelled like someone blew up the bathroom and left the door open... Very disappointing experience.

I’ve been going here on an offer a few years now and I absolutely love the ladies that work there and the work and job that they do with my nails in particular ❤️🥰 All the ladies there do a really excellent job❣️❣️ Every time I walk in, they always greet me with a smiling face and a welcome heart. They’ve become like family to me. Especially Mama, Donna! Also, absolutely love her niece as well I’m happy she’s apart of the team now. I feel truly blessed and happy to have found an exceptional place to get my nails done. I recommend everyone to go there.

We won't be back. Took my daughter here. Neither of us were given the designs we asked for, and we were clear about what we were wanting, pictures and everything. My artist cut my fingers numerous times to the point of bleeding and added lines to my nails without asking. My daughter's nails were totally different than she asked for and a hair was glazed into the middle of it. Her artist started over several times for a simple design. Neither of us received the correct shape. It was a disappoining and unnecessarily painful experience. We were charged $160 and I paid it because my fingers were hurting and I just wanted to leave, but I wish I had asked to lower it. No one should be bleeding from multiple fingers over nails.

I feel like all salons it can be hit or miss. They were very nice and did good work of my pedicure for a reasonable price. Good selection of colors. Not too fast not too long, about an hour. My feet feel super soft and smooth ❤️

Absolutely will never try again… they are so rough with their hands and including the drill.They also rushed my set my acrylics are so thin and my cuticles are flooded with the top coat absolutely horrible never again !
