Love les schwab for wheel related issues but their tire prices are extremely high. Same tire quoted at LS was able to buy installed at Costco nearly $700 less for the same 4 tires.

Wow! This place runs like a machine. I was a walk-in. They had appointments going in and out the whole tume I was there but still got my flat tire fixed in a timely manner. Staff were very professional and polite. I was impressed. Also, had some free coffee and popcorn while I waited :)

Been a longtime Schwab guy, but this store has never been anything close to the others, I live less then 2 miles away, and I will drive as far away as I need to the next one.

Was driving from Seattle to Portland today and got flat tire near Vancouver WA and found this shop. The people are friendly and super efficient. There were still 5-6 cars before and they still get it done within an hour. And they didn’t ask for a charge. Best tire shop experience ever!

Great place great people... They do tend to over promise... As far as time goes... If they tell you it's just going to be an hour expected to be completed within 2 to 3 hours :-)

I stopped in to have a nail removed from my tire before work today. After 10 minutes on the lift, I was handed a quote for $1500 to replace all four tires and get an alignment.
When I asked why, they said, “we can’t plug it because there was wear and tear on the interior wall,” and likely due to an alignment imbalance.
I left and went to another mechanic to find out it was simply a rock that had wedged its way into the tread of the tire. Not a nail at all. The tire wasn’t even punctured.
Did anybody bother to check to see what was actually wrong with the tire? Or was it just a quick way to sell a set of tires? Very frustrating and unfortunate to lose a customer over something like this. I remember a day when Schwab was all about service, I guess that’s changed.

Rebecca was outstanding, got me squeezed in, in the Knick of time (SAME DAY) to get new rims and tires balanced and mounted and she managed to get me in before end of day at 2:30pm none the less! Very helpful and professional! If it weren’t for her I wouldn’t have gotten my car ready in time for a car show!! Thanks Rebecca!

Attempted on Tues 8/25/24 to make an online appt. for a full set of tires to no avail. I then called the Hazel Dell store directly and gave information to the associate answering the phone telling me my wish for a 2pm appointment on Thurs. 8/22/24. I was assured of that time by the gentleman that would be good. I arrived today at 2pm. My work order was fill out by the receptionists -stamped in red "waiting-appointment" 2pm in red sharpie. My checkout time was 4:15 approx. The receptionist gave me a 1 hrs parameter-a 3hr discrepancy. Now she was very nice. I have used this location many times and have been happy to wait when I just drop in. Having an appt obviously made no difference. No one mentioned a longer wait time. It seems as though communication is lacking between technician and front office area. And so for these reasons I give the crew a 2 star mark. I have always been satisfied with their product. Today they had no hustle and no communication. Keep these things in mind when scheduling at this location

Great customer service. I had scheduled my tires to be rotated. I got a call asking if knew where the wheel lock bolt was..( the thing I had apparently removed from the glove box not knowing what it was, oopsie!). I found it, had my daughter pick me up, and brought it back. They didn't even make me feel bad or stupid. "No worries ". I won't buy tires anywhere else.?

Stop den for four of my trailer tires to be filled up because they were 30 lb instead of the 60. Then the Les Schwab person found one of my tires was to spare and so he pulled the spare back off the back end and replace the tire with the spare so that they were all equal.
