Purchased this car recently, andi took it to many Toyota dealerships for air loss in one tire they were trying to make me to change all 4 tires for an unreasonable price. I bought it to Les Schwab, they found out the air plug was forced in and they fixed it for free, this says a lot about this company, any les Schwab I have been they are honest, I wish all companies learn something from their principles

I saved a few hundred bucks having my shocks taken care of here. My other mechanic shop wanted $700!

Disappointed. I was treated rudely. Not even offered an alignment until picking my car up from buying a full set of tires, after all the tires were back on. Of course I would have asked for this service, I just didn't know I. had to if it wasn’t included. My sons referred LS highly so I went there for the first time. I will not ever go back and will ask them not to.
Just bad customer service. Oh- they were not busy.

Waited 2 hours to get my flat tire fixed. What I’ve realized that people who got here literally after me were getting their car fixed before mine. It seems like they don’t follow up with the lines.

LSTC Wasted about 3 hrs of my day. Went in for flat repairs was told they could do it. Technician walked outside and looked at the vehicle when I finally got a call they said they could not do it because the tires was to low on tread and it wasn’t safe. Their tech should have told me that from the beginning considering it would have taken less than 10 seconds for him to measure that tire at the beginning of my visit. Instead I waited 3 hours for a fix only to end up having to go elsewhere.

Called ahead to see what the wait time was and was told to come in in an hour and will be able to get in. Came in an hour later and still waited another hour and half. Terrible customer service.

Front desk folks are lovely. A few of the Technicians are more of the problem.
I got some brakes done on all 4 wheels in March 2024. From the moment I drove away the brakes were screeching, making horrible sounds when I was coming to a stop. I went back within 2 weeks and the technician told me that they needed some time to break in. I went over a month and the same screeching sound. I returned and another technician drove it and said he didn’t hear anything despite me showing a video of the sound and of me actively driving my truck. I returned a couple of times after that with the same answer even brining it to a location in portland.
I returned a separate time on 2/18/25 and A tech told me that he didn’t hear anything and specifically said he doesn’t have time to drive my truck around for 45 minutes. I didn’t need them to drive it around for that long to hear the noise. He also told me that the brake product that was installed on my truck, he also used on his personal vehicle and they did the same thing because of the coating on the rotors. The tech told me that nothing is physically wrong with them besides that they squeak. Well….i didn't spend all of this money on screeching brakes. My old ones never screeched.
I left and drove away only to hear the same freaking noise in my brakes. I returned within 5 min with video evidence. I went in and talked to the tech and was adamant about the brakes getting fixed. He looked at me and said that he is not going to argue with me. I told him I'm not gonna argue with him, but I’ve been having these brakes for 10 months and they are new and I want it to stop.
Well….He finally decides to do his job and assess the brakes again. He comes back and tells me that the parts that were installed were not the right ones and that there were separate parts from different brands that should have never been part of this job.
He replaces it with the correct parts and guess what…..now my brakes don't screech!!! hmmm…. And the work warranty was almost expired. .
I am disappointed that it took me really having to push for months to get it done. Some Mechanics are like doctors. They sometimes try to make you think you are crazy even though you have been living in your body your whole life. I have been driving my truck for over 12 years. I know when something is wrong. I’m disappointed in the tech's initial unwillingness to problem solve. I feel like they could have fixed this months ago, but due to what I perceive as laziness and not a general concern for the customer they blew me off. I start to wonder about people who may have had similar experiences and are not comfortable advocating for themselves. These days I say drive in to get your tires checked and inflated, but if you are going to get significant work, you better learn how to trust but verify. And advocate for yourself.

I mysself won't be using Les Schwab anymore. I have been with them for 45 years. I was recently informed that my account had been cancelled because it hadn't been used in a year. Shame on you for doing that to loyal customers that got you where you are today. Would have been nice to have been notified they did that before I embarrassed myself when I did need them. And to top it off, I was told I needed to come up with 25% down on my emergency need because that's a policy with new accounts, then I had to apply for a new accout.
