I went to Les Schwab for a leaky tire that needed to be fixed. I go here because this service is free and on top of that the were able to let me know ahead of time about some issues arise with my tire and the wheel. Thankfully the mechanic didn't try to pressure me into doing the tire replacement service right away or trying to upsell my other services/products.
The service took between 45 minutes to an hour to complete and the mechanics were friendly. Also, they have popcorn again 🤤!!!

Excellent service - explained everything they were doing and how long it would take. I had made an appointment so my vehicle was taken right in. I highly recommend Les Schwab Tire Center!

Well, I would never get my Lowered there they’re just not trained well enough to do that. I got my 2015 Mustang lowered there and while I thought they did a good job after your closer inspection it was a disaster. They had my struts all misaligned you could open up the hood and they were Jacked on both sides. I’ve had some good experiences before with Les Schwab but After they sold to an investment group, they went downhill fast and the prices are just way out of market. I used to be able to get almost every tire there I had my choice, but now they’re trying to push their in-house brand, which is garbage. I will never return Because after they sold it, it’s no longer Les schwab.

They do their best to take care of customers' needs. Gives specific instructions on how to maintain your tires. The only choice for me when it comes to my tire needs.

I have come in probably 10 times the last few months and every time I have come in alec has greeted me by name, helps me with whatever I need and explained it in a way I can understand. he's always extremely friendly and willing to help. I choose to come to this location specifically because I know that he will take care of my car and make sure it's done right he shows every value and aspect that Les Schwab's represents he has never minimized my concerns he has always validated them and explain why my car could be doing and how the problem can be fixed in an affordable way he is truly a valued employee

Took the car in 'cause I found a screw in my tire causing the air pressure to go down. The bro found another screw in my other rear tire, patched them both in under an hour an didn't charge me a dime. Love this place.

Great team that's friendly and efficient. The wait time was much shorter than I had expected. I got my tire replaced within 45min. Special thanks to Miguel who explained what was going on and what my options were!

extremely friendly team and they've patched more than 1 tire for me free of charge. Anywhere else I'm sure would try to upsell or charge, but they truly seem to do what they can to help people.

I had two screws in same tire three days apart. They got me in gave me an hour to hour and a half wait and met both of those time frames as well as no charge for repair. Also very friendly, would recommend to family and friends.

I just had the brakes and a lower ball joint replaced. The steering was super stiff. So, I brought it back in. They reset the steering to perfection. The little Ranger drives like new again. Super happy with Damian who fielded my complaint, and Justin who explained why the ball joint was overly stiff. Thank you, Les Schwab! You guys consistently provide excellent service every time!

Went. In for tire rotation, and found front breakes were bad. And they were replaced on the spot.
