Yalena, was amazing. She did my taxes, and answered my questions about A tax return I need to amend from last year. I reffed a friend because she was so great. I get a referral of $50 dollars I didn’t even know. I will be going back Saturday, to do my tax amendment. Great customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️?

The lady who answered the phone this morning had a heavy accent. I asked about a form and she didn’t even answer the question and just hung up. I called back to ask to speak with another tax professional and again she just hung up. Maybe she hadn’t had her coffee or just having a bad day but no way would I chance that energy again! Horrible way to conduct yourself as a professional. Highly would recommend not going there!

Don't use this company they charged me 160 for the most simplest tax return then then then used my own money to scam me into opening a bank account so they can take more money from me
