I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Lids for a new hat. The store had an incredible selection, with lots of different brands, styles, and colors. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I was able to find the perfect hat for me. The price was also reasonable, and I was able to get a great deal. I would definitely recommend Lids for anyone looking for a great selection of hats at a reasonable price.

Stopped in to by a hat all the hats had $5 tags on them but employee refused to sell it to me @ ticketed price.

Called 1hr prior to make sure a hat was in stock, drove 30min to the mall. Showed up and a “out to lunch” sign was on the door - place was closed. Walked around doing nothing for 45min and the store never opened. Complete waste of time and gas. Management needs to step it up. I would not waste your time attempting to come to this location.

Hope the owner or someone sees this because whoever you left in charge is not opening on time, leaving the store very early, making you lose out on customers¹

Wrong price tag was put on a hat. The manager refused to honor the price. $3 goes a long way with honesty and customer service. Guess we’ll be buying our hats from Amazon now.

BUSINESS OWNERS BEWARE!!!I partnered with the Vancouver Mall Lids location to make custom hats for my small business, with the goal of ordering 50 hats.I paid for digitization of my logo and a hat to see a prototype. The digitization was poorly done (the words were badly misaligned). They agreed to retry, which took another two weeks. This time the logo was aligned but the font was not representative of my logo.They acknowledged the unsatisfactory quality and offered to try a third time. Three additional weeks passed without any updates.I was through.I went in to request a refund of the digitization fees and unacceptable prototype hat. I was denied by the store manager who insisted there was nothing he could do. He refused to provide contact information to a next level supervisor.Ultimately, he agreed to refund the hat only.

Today we had the most disrespectful experience from the worker named Allen. At around 6:30 pm today Nov. 4 my parents went into the store looking a gray Seahawks jersey. My dad asked the worker Allen if they had it in a size large and he responded “Are you buying or looking?” that was a very rude question to ask especially to someone that’s been going to the Vancouver mall for years. He then had the audacity to call security on my parents saying they were being aggressive because my dad had asked him “why are you reacting that way I’m trying to buy a jersey” my dad doesn’t speak fluent English and didn’t understand why that worker was being so rude he even said that my mom was also being aggressive when she was just standing there (I’m sure you have cameras and you can see that on there) . My dad waited for security and explained them what happened even security was on my dads side and gave us the information for this branch manager for this location. This is unacceptable. We will no longer be doing business with this location. I hope whoever is in charger do something about this.

Ordered a hat pre Covid19. Store still not open. And no communication from anyone store or warehouse. Customer Service has been useless.
