Shipped me the wrong tubing. When I called to get the correct one shipped to me I was given two options. I could either wait 5 days to have wrong one shipped back to have new one ordered or wait until next month to have correct tubing shipped. When told her neither option was very good, she placed order, wished me happy holidays, thanked me for choosing Lincare and hung up the phone. Terrible terrible customer service! I did not CHOOSE lincare! Cigna chose Lincare. I would choose someone else in a heartbeat!!

When originally set up, I was told that my insurance benefits were verified and given the amount that I would be responsible for. This was not correct.Billing is incredibly confusing and deceptive. Billing representative couldn't even understand it. He was however very polite and used my name after every sentence. I think it was a nervous tic. The amount that I and my insurance company were billed would have purchased 8 CPAP machines and supplies.

This location is closed in Vancouver, but they have one in Longview. I called the number, they helped out and even sent out a tech to my house in Vancouver to fix my problem. Thank you!

I have let them know for several years my mother does not live at this address and to stop billing her for services. I get a call today they are still billing her! she lives out of state, they never stopped billing her! I called Medicare and Medicaid to file fraud charges against them today! I called this company and was on hold for thirty minutes before I was disconnected. If you want a reputable company please do not choose this one!!

This is a terrible company! If I could, I would give them zero star. When I called them so many times and needed immediate assistance, the answers were the same - that they still trying to reach a person on call and they could not reach him. My Mother died and they never came to do adjustment on ventilator.

Naples FL office was terrible. Slow, rude, understaffed, never answered phone. When I spoke to manager he lied to me. They gave me a mask they had in stock because they were out of what I needed. It caused skin problems. They would not replace it. Never again.

Lincare of Vancouver has the rudest workers I have ever seen. They don't seem to know what is going on or when they can get you supplies prescribed by your doctor. After waiting 2 months for something for my mother, calling doctors office and calling Lincare I went into the office. I was told by a rather arrogant fat man that the doctor did not code the item right and that is why it did not go through. He went on to say that the doctors office and staff had no idea how to code and it was all their fault. When I told him that I knew for sure that they did have training in coding and if he was so smart why didn't he let them know the code was wrong. He did not like me saying that to him and got very defensive. I left and called corporate headquarters, ha ha ha. They are just as rude as he was. They have deleted my mother as a customer and will NOT service her nebulizer purchased this year 2018. Saying it was out of date and bought in 2013. I called the doctors office and informed them of this, they said they already know, they are having numerous complaints and problems with Lincare Vancouver but unfortunately they have an exclusive contract with Medicare so if we need something we have to pay out of pocket and get it from another company. I am calling Medicare and who ever else I can think of to get this changed, how can they just NOT service a medicare patient because they don't like to be challenged if they are wrong? I see all of the other comments just like mine here, what can we do? Just got off the phone with Medicare, they know about Lincare in Vancouver and are working on it. I suggested they move it to the top of the list because it was so bad and sad for people who are held captive by this medical "care service."

There must have been some major changes. I found the staff very courteous, competent, caring, and helpful... They very reasonably ask that you make an appointment so you won't interrupt services to other clients. I'm very new here, and highly recommend their services.

The associate who I talked to was the RUDEST, MOST INCONSIDERATE person I have ever encountered in 54 years. This associate never told me her name, was telling me tomquit talking....yelling...she got me to the point I was in tears. All because of lack of care and understanding. DO NOT GO THERE!!!

If I could rate this place lower, I would. The staff are ridiculously unprofessional and rude. Went in today to pick up some supplies and the woman working in the office was rude, and charged double the price on supplies than they did less than a year ago. When a comment was made about the price hike, the "manager" started laughing and rolled his eyes. This place is a joke and should be closed down. The manager also needs some education on people skills as well as customer service. There will also be reports made to the BBB and a few others

if i could rate lower i would - Jan 31 sleep study - March 26 now i have to take all the back and forth between med office and them on myself and OH Lincare is not liking that i'm calling once a day to make sure how they've worked on my order. . I guess they fired the rude girl who didn't do anything with months of prescriptions. Please ask your insurance if they have a different company you can use. Be warned!
