Overall they have a really good selection and variety of price points for most items. The only issue I have here is its been hard to get help from an associate when needed and they start announcing overhead every 15min that you need to leave 45min before the store even closes. The loud overhead announcements give me anxiety and makes me wonder if it's worth shopping in a place that doesn't respect my time when I need help with my purchase and automatically assumes I won't respect their time either.

Neat, clean, typically well stocked, but online it shows several white wood, kiln dried 2x6 in stock. After a spe island trip to the store. They had zero of them in stock. Very disappointed.

Will only being buying paint for Kirstin going forward. She was such a wealth of knowledge and felt genuinely invested in our painting project! She took out all of the guess work and showed me her recommended tools and why/how they work, I left feeling so much better & excited to start.

Went to.Lowe's to return a few items I had purchased on a project I was doing at home. I did not have my recipt the return clerk told me new company policy we can not give credit any longer on items with no recipt even when if we know it's our product. She told me customers are complaining saying they will no shop at Lowe's and shop home depot they have a bettervreturn policy.
I'm talking about may $10 of return items. You've lost a very long purchasing customer. When a company is struggling you better make good decisions. This was not one!

Worst service I have received in a long time. Ordered a washer and dryer. Upon delivery the dryer was broken. I was told they would replace it and to expect a call for resolution that day. 3 days later no call and sitting on hold for 45 minutes found out they did not have a replacement. They would try but it would be weeks or I could order another one and in the same price range and they would honor the first price. I did that two weeks later new dryer delivered. Now after 6 weeks trying to get my refund for the broken dryer. On hold now for an hour. If you can not service your customers maybe stop offing the product. I will never buy anything from Lowes again
