I have been going to see Elizabeth (Liz) for the last 15+ years to have my hair cut and colored every 8 to 10 weeks and I've never been disappointed. I've recommended my mother-in-law to see Liz (and she's seen her over the past few months and never had any issues with her work.) My mother originally recommended Liz to me and my sister uses her as her hairdresser. She's always done an amazing job and I have no plans of having anyone else cut and color my hair, her work and professionalism are exceptional and I highly recommend her services.

I normally don't do reviews but I feel like I had to with my very bad experience. I moved from California about 2 months ago. I was looking for a new stylist and I found a girl on Instagram her name was Iris I loved her work and I decided to reach out. I thought she was nice and was probably going to be doing my hair. She had me wait three weeks to go into her salon for not even 5 minutes to cut a piece of my hair since I was there for a test strand. Never have I gone into a salon for a test strand to be cut from my head to be told okay well I'll test it and get back to you. I let a few days go by because I was like okay she's probably busy she'll reach out. She never reached out I had to send her a message on Instagram in the morning and didn't get back to me till 6:30 pm. Keep in mind this girl always replied back to me days later or really late at night. I'm not sure what the problem was maybe she wasn't interested in doing my hair but what a horrendous experience. So unprofessional. Her name is Iris. Please don't go with her. I blocked her and found someone new turns out this new person was able to get me scheduled within a day. I give this salon 1 star and Iris I hope you see this and remember who I am by just reading this review.
