I LOVE THIS STORE! I literally can't get enough. But not for the normal things. I go to this store for dog toys exclusively and their bags. The dog toys are cheaper here then ANYWHERE. Their reusable bags are my favorite mom bags. The staff is so nice all the time. I love this store

Not a good place to shop I bought a pair of brown Tommy Hilfiger sunglasses less than 2 weeks ago I kept the tag and the receipt I wanted to take them back because one of the ear pieces came off. The lady at the register told me she needed to ask her manager about the return, and then I asked for the manger to come up and the manager said we don’t return used items, I told her half the store is used and damaged products should be returned. The policy has no clear explanation stating you can’t return damaged goods especially if you have the tags and receipts. I’m not pleased at all and I need to hear from corporate and be compensated. I told my daughter to return all the items she hasn’t used and we will not be shopping here this upper class goodwill anymore. I will also let anyone I run into know Marshall’s is a store that you don’t want to shop at because of their poor return policy for damaged goods.

First time here. Felt a bit like a Goodwill. Did not find what I was looking for. Prices are cheap and the quality of goods reflects that. Not sure I would return.

Unfortunately the people who checked me out were extremely judgemental. I came up to the register and had a liquid eye lash glue that had no price. I had asked for a price check and I noticed it had a little bit left of the discount sticker. The girl tried using a full price one my friend has bought right before me, but I just wanted to see if they could find another on the floor that was possibly discounted. First off the girl was extremely rude about it. Her attitude was giving mean girls Regina George( early 2000s version) vibes. The other girls who were doing the price checks trying to make me feel bad for needing a price check. It really made me feel crap and like i was In the wrong .. just over all not kind people. She was also clearly flirting with her manger and it was weird... store was nice, people not..

The place was not bad just stopped in to buy something essential for everyday and the employees were very friendly just a bit of advice look at the item or test the before buying because it may not work or may have damage and cracks on the product indicated by look of the product or if it turns on that's all.

Please help the manager Mark who works in the front end. He hates his job and is inconvenienced when you ask simple questions. Don’t shop at this Marshalls and save Mark from the headache of doing his job!
