We had a pleasant shopping experience and ordered a mattress for delivery to our newly remodeled home. When they delivered the mattress, they had to go up a flight of stairs and make a 180 degree turn. Instead of carrying it halfway around the turn and entering the adjacent bedroom, they slid it on the floor from the top of the stairs around the corner 15’ into our bedroom. The newly refinished floor (from a month before) got a valley carved into it from the weight of the mattress from (I suppose) the folds of the heavy plastic covering. We noticed it immediately as they left our house and we called the store. The owner/head (who wasn’t at the delivery) asked his folks about it and they denied they had slid the mattress across our floor. (We didn’t think to video the delivery of a mattress). We shared pictures with the mgt and told the head that we had watched them slide it. He said we were wrong and anyway it could not have happened. So there’s that.

This place I will always recommend. Over the years we purchased furniture and mattresses. Quality and prices were good, and sales people were friendly and not pushy. Wife and I were looking at a foam mattress one time. Sales person saw us trying to decide between a cheap one and a much more expensive one. To help us he gave us a good deal on the better mattress without us even asking. We left there happy.

Tim was a rockstar!!! From start to finish he was so kind and made the whole process painless. I am soooo happy with my new mattress and it cost less than 1/2 of that other store. Seriously....don't waste your time. Just go here first, you'll be glad you did!! No delivery n no tax....sprinkles on a cupcake!!

After 10 years with our current mattress, my boyfriend and I both started really having neck and back pain and didn't get solid sleep anymore. We did lots of research trying to prioritize our needs and find a mattress that would work for us as a couple. We needed a medium or medium-firm style, but soft with some kind of memory foam on top to cushion our curves and sore areas.
We ended up going to The Mattress Superstore because of the location, and that they had a mattress found online (Nectar brand) that we were curious to test out in-person. That's something you can't experience buying strictly online. We ended up getting great service help from the manager, Tim, who wasn't pushy, had a relaxed energy, and clearly knew the differences with brand and features etc., and we ended up getting a great deal with a floor model. He was able to throw in some extras to help us save more money and get financed easily. My boyfriend and I will be splitting the cost of approximately $100, not too bad. We ended up choosing a PosturePedic "Adapt" queen. Apparently, they made the material for NASA astronauts, so you know it's going to be top-grade quality. My back pain started melting away while lying on it for about 5 minutes.
Ps- they also pay the tax for you so you don't have to go over the border, and you can pay like $20 to have them remove your old mattress so you have one less thing to worry about!

Bought a tempurpedic from manager Tim. After having it home for 5 weeks decided it wasn’t a good fit for us. Tim was extremely helpful in finding a better mattress for our preference and made the exchange a breeze.

Came into the mattress superstore and talked with Tim, and was really impressed with his knowledge and guidance to get me the right bed. Thanks Tim the store manager. Update: now that I have been able to sleep on this medium firm tempur-pedic adjustable bed, I went from 4 to 5 hours sleep a night to 8 hours of comfortable sleep. I am really glad I listened to Tims suggesting this bed. I am really glad that I spent this money on a bed that makes me feel ready to face a new day....I am 71 by the way. Great store and great customer service, including the two gentleman that delivered and set up my new bed....

The Mill Plain store Manager is not a nice guy.They would have gotten 5 stars, but they made it all the way to one star when the refused to take back a faulty bedframe. I have never heard of any type of store not accepting a faulty product back, the didn't even offer store credit. The manager just refused, said it was their policy and wouldn't even let me talk to his higher up, "The Buck Stops At Me" he said. Paul the guy how sold me on it was awesome, love that guy, but this manager was something else. I stuck some cardboard in places to make the frame stop shacking, but i shouldn't've had to do that.One other thing, I did not know when I bought my $2500 a while ago, they give you a 100 day return on any bed, yes, but ONLY STORE CREDIT. I try to support local business, but its store like this makes me wish i bought at Costco, their return policy is great.

My family just went in to this location this evening and had a very positive experience even though we did not purchase. Tim the manager, was very professional, knowledgeable, patient, and just had a really good overall vibe to him. We were looking for a firm to medium-firm inner-spring mattress, and tried out the Sealy Crown Jewel firm which is exclusive to their store for a 200 mile radius, and it was very impressive and reasonably priced. The store itself was very clean, and there's a very good chance that we may purchase from this location in the future when we finally decide. They were even willing to transport the mattress to Hillsboro! I definitely recommend the place.

Mr. Tim the manager helped me and my boyfriend fine a great bed for the right price. He was super nice made jokes and wasn't trying to talk us into anything we didn't want. 10/10 will come again
