Terrible customer service. My kid accidentally poured some of the wrong flavor in her cup. I asked them to dispose of it so we could get what she wanted instead. Was rudely told "management" requires we pay for it. Seems "management" would rather lose a $30 sale (and our future business forever) rather than lose thirty cents worth of product. How cheap can you be?Do yourself a favor and go to Yo 2 Go instead. Way to go, "management!"

Limited/poor yogurt selections, horrible customer service, and way too high of prices. I’ve been trying to blame it all on the pandemic but things have been consistently bad post-pandemic.

Tell me why i walk into menchies may 5th like I do every Friday night. I go up to pay and this white American blonde girl (for description) because I feel she needs a talk with the boss. She tries to tell me the total is $15. I proceed to ask her if the Friday night $6 deal is no longer a thing and she says it still is. According to her I got too much and it's only $6 if you could fit a lid on it. I ask for a lid and I pop it on just fine. She proceeds to squish it down purposefully trying to make it droop down the sides, which it doesn't btw. Since apparently to her if it goes down the side with the lid on it's overfilled. I hand her my 20 and she snags it from my hand. Rolled her eyes at us and said nothing the rest of the interaction. Not only am i disappointed in this encounter, but i go here every Friday and every other worker has been perfectly fine with the amount of frozen yogurt I got. And they always had a smile on their face and was welcoming towards me. I have been a loyal customer here for years now and this one cashier makes me not want to go here.

I like Menchie's. They have great flavors. But I like Yogurt Time more. Menchie's could use more flavors. They run out of some toppings real fast. But they have a lot of options, flavors, toppings, great sauces, it's a nice frozen yogurt place.

Way too expensive. We used to enjoy going there as a family, but it’s now $30 for 4 of us. We haven’t increased our serving size, used to cost us about $20. Plus, it was so cold, during winter, that is was not enjoyable.

Stopped in for a treat after eating at the Thai place next door. The establishment was clean, and the counter person greeted us as we walked in. Located in strip mall with limited parking, considering all the businesses sharing the lot. They offer a nice variety of flavors and swirls. After sampling a few, I decided on the good ole standby chocolate/vanilla swirl. I added a few fresh raspberries, too...so yummy! It came to about $4. It's worth it for a healthy treat. Overall, it was a good first-time experience. I'll definitely be back to try different flavors and toppings. Would recommend.

The girl at the counter was SO rude. Had a horrible attitude and told my sister and I to not put our toppings on our frozen yogurt and was like “yeah read the sign” then demanding a tip. Absolutely not coming back to this menchies again.

It's worth the price. There product is superior to other frozen yogurt places. Idk why so many comments on price. Reality is EVERYWHERE & ANYWHERE you go out to eat has been forced to raise prices. With fuel and housing going up. the cost of food. This has made the cost of doing business go up. Not to mention commercial real estate. I'm sure if the amount they pay to rent there space each month we're revealed, you'd definitely understand. Why this is necessary.

Frozen yogurt is always good, but not for $21. My girlfriend and I had about a bowl and a half of frozen yogurt in total, and it was $21. We love frozen yogurt but we won’t be back until the prices are reasonable. It’s quite frankly unrealistic at this point. Also, the individual cups of toppings are a waste. Not only do you end up with a bunch of leftover toppings, but you pay for extra toppings you won’t use. Please lower your prices. When this happens, we will be back. Until then, we will share this expensive experience with everyone.

Ordered delivery and added request for a Sorbet showing on their website. Did not receive correct order so I called to see why and what could be done. The woman who answered said it wasn’t on their menu at that location and I must have been on the wrong website. I told her I was positive it showed on her website and she said I was mistaken. Got off the phone and I check again, I was correct, so I called back and asked for her info and the managers number; she hung up on me. I tried to call again (in case it was an accident), and she let me ring to voicemail.Really appalling service.

Way overpriced. Spent $20 for my daughter and I to get froyo after a game. Flavor is just OK for the price. Nectar tastes way better. Don’t plan to go back…

Menchie's Frozen Yogurt is my favorite froyo place in Vancouver. I have especially enjoyed going there with my grown kids and their partners because we all feel young at heart as we discuss the world over excellent FroYo! The store is always spotless. The flavors of both the milk-based an milk-free versions of FroYo are delicious. Choosing amongst the vast array of toppings is notably challenging because there are so many fabulous options! Local school student art adorns the walls. The service staff is especially friendly, relaxed, and competent. They're able to answer even the most challenging questions about FroYo that we've posed to them. I highly recommend Menchie's.
