I came in with a network connection issue, where the phone would only be connecting about 5% of the time. The guy there didn't seem to know what he was doing, and instead of trying to fix the actual problem, he just kept suggesting that I buy a whole new phone as the only solution. I get that they may have a commission on phone sales, though at least make an effort to fix things instead of just trying to get money in this throw away society. Luckily I later got my phone settings fixed by doing the research myself online.

Not very happy with him anymore. My LG died. Forcing me to buy a new phone, iPhones were displayed, but one for sale. So I had to end up getting another Samsung Android. I like my LG but they don't make them anymore. So you're forced into going to the next level but only given one choice I had an upgrade and still end up paying $247 for the upgraded Samsung Android. I would have liked to purchase a iPhone. But everything that's on display is not for sale because they don't care the item in the store. They're very affordable, but when you have problems forget it you're stuck with it. And then it's five dollars extra to pay for your phone bill when you walk in WoW. Seems like you're paying in store there should be no extra money to pay to walk in. People knowledgeable only when you're buying. Other than that it's confidential and I can't help you. When you call they only have so much patience for figuring out a situation. I'm confused when it comes to phones Towers nobody has the same Tower but they're still related to each company. So T-Mobile Metro PC together? Then you have Xfinity who uses Verizon phones to sell. That way nobody's responsible for the phone that's in your hand to Keep It upgraded and if you get hacked too bad. An AT&T consistently sending out fraudulent Billings on people like me to different collection companies they've never been turned into my FICO score Equifax TransUnion Etc. They keep circulating the same bill for last two years two different collection companies not associated with your FICO score. They're making their money off of selling fraudulent Billings to collection companies. Anyone else have a problem especially with AT&T? And Verizon there's a special thing about Verizon they have what they sub cells, now I have 12 sub cells, that means I have 12 phones in my name but I never got a bill for them. That did affect my FICO score I paid over $175 a month for Lexington law to fix my Verizon charges. They were supposed to block my numbers when I left the company, after my husband committed suicide. My husband's number is blocked at Verizon. But it seems people like me who are still walking around I have 12 of their phones I gave permission for somebody else to use in my name. I could go on and on and I have. Anyone can answer what a sub cell phone is appreciate it. Still being billed for AT&T for 2 years same bill different collection agencies, 17 to be exact have bought my from AT&T $1,507.47 never affected my FICO score, but they keep selling it to different companies to collect to this day from 2019. Never had AT&T in my life.

Worst manipulative staff ever! They are sneaky liers who flat out set you up for there profit making scams only. I very been tricked into buying an expensive phone that I wasn't comfortable with. I was told a case came with it yet I was charged over 19 bucks for it. When i went to take it back they wouldnt reimburse me. We askd for the manager they pretended to call him then told us he couldnt help us. All they care about id comission and i got stuck with !something I didn't want.

I went in yesterday to have my phone switched to another metro phone I have. My phone was acting strangely. After switching I was charged $23 and some change. I was then told that I could have done this online for FREE? Might I also add that both employees had "in training" ID tags. I was also inquiring about a device of which the guy was too busy playing on his phone to answer questions, or give me any information pertaining to the device. Also, the foul language that came out of his mouth was disgusting. I think it is time too cancel metropcs. We have been with metro for years, and this is not the first time experiencing foul employees.

They charged me 50$ to switch my old broken phone to a fairly decent model phone I got from a close friend. Well they couldn't get my phone up and running and won't give me my 50 bucks back
