Got a new phone from them and it is lagging and not working correctly, after one week went to take it back and they said no refunds or trade ins. Very disappointed in the customer service here since it has switched to new owners

Roy has been very helpful setting up my new family plan. Also with new ear buds. Which I love. Great customer service. Clean store. Fast and friendly. He is knowledgeable about all the questions I have.

Very bad service, they broke my cell phone and they didn't give me my receipt, they told me they were going to send it to me by message and they never sent it, I didn't know what I paid ????

Don't go here they aren't supposed to charge you if it's under 30 a five dollar fee. But everytime they do. Even for a 5.00 go to any other store. The other stores are better.

Not all Metro Pcs stores are like this one. They are scam artest they don't give upgrades or do anything Metro promises you. I don't know if metros are franchised now or what but do not go to this store.

Just bought and added a new line spent about 150 dollars and now pay more for my monthly bill. The phone doesn't work, has no service I can't make or receive calls/messages. It's now been 5 days of waiting and making tickets. My wife went back today and was told all they can do is make another ticket and keep waiting. Literally getting scammed by metro.
