Just bought and added a new line spent about 150 dollars and now pay more for my monthly bill. The phone doesn't work, has no service I can't make or receive calls/messages. It's now been 5 days of waiting and making tickets. My wife went back today and was told all they can do is make another ticket and keep waiting. Literally getting scammed by metro.

Don't ever go here or buy anything. If you take it home and it don't works they won't refund you hundreds of dollars. Don't ever go through this location worst service ever! You will regret it I promise you. They refused to give me my receipt and I hadn't even walked out of the store. I'm telling you save your money.

1 star is generous.Brand New phone moto g 5g.They said that it was the first they sold... Just showed in their delivery that day.It has bugs... They are intermittent. Speaker phone is so quiet as well as using it to your ear and an app you can't find keeps popping up with errors just to name 2 issues. Sometimes people don't hear me when I call and have to make multiple calls to get them to hear me. I can't even use a phone protective case that I cut up for people to hear me properly. I brought it back and the guy made me feel stupid. Said it works just fine for him. Wouldn't offer any solution.Total jerk. We've been using this store for several years but not anymore.Oh yeah they changed our plan and added insurance without our permission... Plus didn't give us a receipt.

Theo and Kevin were not only kind and helpful to me, they made me feel better about coming in to get another phone. Initially I didn't want to come in but meeting them actually made my day better and with customer service these days that rarely happens for me. Thanks Kevin! Thanks Theo! I'm happy with my new phone. ?

It should be a BARE MINIMUM requirement that to be employed here you at LEAST be able to speak english but these two Indian guys clearly had no idea what they were doing and spoke terribly broken english. We went in to buy a new phone and they made my husband apply for a new phone number because they didn’t know how to switch his number from the old phone to the new one (which we’ve never had a problem doing in the past with other employees) but of course they wouldn’t explain why they couldn’t and much less would they admit they didn’t know how to. If you see these guys just leave don’t waste your time.Edit: So we went to another Metro Pcs off 117th ave in Vancouver which I highly recommend and they confirmed we were indeed scammed by the two individuals at this location of Indian ethnicity. They even made sure not to give us a receipt so we wouldn’t see the breakdown of the ACTUAL charges in the transaction. Employee at the 117th ave location calculated what cost of the phone they made my husband get and other charges and was able to confirm there were $200 that are unaccounted for in the breakdown of costs and fees which he says they probably pocketed and kept for themselves since they made sure not to give us a receipt. Ive half a mind to file a police report but at least for now I’m leaving this review in hopes others aren’t robbed by these two individuals.

I’ve used this location for years. I was excited to hook up 2 new iPhones….I had the pleasure of Makayla helping me….she ruined my experience, she was rude she wanted me to do it online and not in store. Then refused to take my password versus my pin I’ve never been able to remember… Dont treat customers like they are bothering you! Took all of 3 mins for you to help me.

If this is the metro pcs on Hwy 99 in Hazel Dell Vancouver Washington, it's the best place to purchase your phones and accessories. The customer service is 100% genuinely the best and they remember you from the first time. My husband has had to go several times for bad phone settings that he moved and they helped him fix his issues with a smile. They're awesome.

I have bought several phones at this location. Staff seems friendly but I feel like they have been a bit misleading at times. I have dealt primarily with the store manager Tony and was told after I purchased insurance and a glass screen protector along with a hard case(which was overpriced to begin with) that if anything happened to bring it in and it would be fixed with no additional cost. Less than a week later my screen protector somehow cracked(I never even dropped it) so I went back and was charged for another screen protector on top of that the kickstand in my case broke off and is no longer functional at all. I also was told by Tony that they could not give receipts due to covid which I thought was odd considering I spent several hundred dollars buying a new phone and accessories but when I went back a week later to fix my screen protector the dales person who helped me offered me a receipt right away for a $10 screen protector and I was told that never stopped issuing receipts. I was also told that I qualified for an upgrade on my girlfriends phone at a reduced cost but when I went back to look into it they said I would have to pay full price considering Tony said that he was at the store every day because he ran that location its a little funny that all of the subsequent times I have been in to the store he has not been there a single time
