Went to get service for an elderly family member. In store experience was good (aside from constant upselling), however when trying to set up an account to do online payments turns out they blocked 611 (customer service) on the phone so you have to go into the store. After unblocking I was able to adjust to the proper phone plan, gain access to the account, and make payments online thus avoiding going into the store. To me that is shady business practices. If you have gone to this store ensure 611 is not blocked from calls or texts!

WoW! Okay, I was extremely stressed out, broke my phone, ran into Metro to see what my options where. Let me tell you, Adnan saved the day!! Not only was I given an amazing promotional upgrade on a Galaxy, and he made sure to make the entire deal seamless! Even made sure to help get me dialed in to my Google before I left! 👍 👍
