I went in for a basic oil change using a $59.99 full synthetic coupon for my 2014 Cadillac ATS (3.6L V6). I expected the usual — 6 quarts of oil, quick service, and fair pricing.
Instead, they put in 7 quarts of oil, even though my car only takes 6 quarts max with a filter. That’s an entire extra quart that could potentially cause engine damage from overfilling. No one mentioned this or checked with me.
To make things worse, they charged me extra for that 7th quart — including a $10 “special price” just for the last quart — bringing my total to $98.73. That’s nearly $40 more than advertised, with no explanation until I saw the receipt.
Either they don’t know what they’re doing with oil capacities, or they’re padding bills. Either way, it’s careless and potentially dangerous. I now have to monitor my engine and may need to have the oil corrected elsewhere.
I won’t be going back — and if you care about your car, double-check everything before you leave.

Gave me a better diagnosis on my car after getting screwed over by a different shop, and they fixed the issue immediately. Very friendly, understanding, and upfront. They have some pretty sweet deals as well. I'm quite thankful they were willing to take the time to help and give me better options. I would highly recommend this shop :)

Took my car in for brakes. I found out I also needed rotors. Being on a fixed income I was hesitant. Kayla told me about Midas financing that has 6 months no interest. So I was able to get my brakes and rotors done.
There were a few odds and ends that needed addressed. Kayla and I were able to spread it out over the next few months to get them repaired.

First time here! I accidentally bought a Groupon not knowing it was for the bend location in a panic I called them up and right away Nate was more then willing to help me fix it super friendly got me in right away and was able to get me my oil change! I came in staff super friendly! First time getting an oil change and I didn’t feel like I was being lied to or trying to up-sale me of things I didnt necessarily need! The thing’s brought to my attention were issue I kinda knew needed attention already! I will be back and already telling my friends and family of this experience!!!!!

Worked on a friend of mine‘s car charged her 170 something dollars to basically add a cleaner for the fuel injection which didn’t do anything didn’t put it on a code reader just went ahead and charged a woman 173 some odd dollars oh and told her that he doesn’t like to take advantage of a women as he did exactly what he said he didn’t do you’re not a mechanic shop. Don’t pretend to be if you can’t put it on a code reader at least AutoZone can and every other car mechanic can before you make a repair or charge money to guess why it was hesitating, i’m not a mechanic, but I’m mechanically inclined. My first thought is sensor or fuel filter but my first thing I would’ve done is put a code reader on it which you failed to do as a manager of Midas really Jayke Carbaugh. Add any fuel injection cleaning kits and charge her three times the amount she should’ve been charged in a 15 minute window. Wow ? I am very disappointed in Midas. And I will tell every single person I know to never take their car there and deal with that guy. Sincerely never your customer !
