Such a fun place to shop with very high quality items and brands. A few of my first luxury brand items are from Modao. I’ve also sold items to them and it’s a very easy experience. My only feedback is that they close at 5pm and are only open Saturday, so it makes it hard for working individuals to attend sales or schedule buy outs with them.

Experienced a very unethical & low treatment. Went in for my first consignment on March 19th & Nicole took my bags to sort in the back room. I had a lot of bags & I had my little one year old boy with me in his stroller. When she called me back to go over what she chose, I saw 8 items on the rack that she chose & we agreed on a price. I was not given a receipt. That evening at home I noticed two dresses & a shirt missing from my bags that she did not have on the rack with the chosen. The next morning I called & Mary, the lady at the front desk looked at my account & says they took 11 items, when I only gave 8. 8 that I saw & agreed on the price. Please take pictures of everything you bring in or watch when they sort through your clothes, don’t let them take advantage of you! I thought this place was high end & trusted them.

They have a great selection here! Lots of vacation outfits, workwear, workout clothes, and designer items. I was surprised how much Anthropologie and Free People they had! I got a pair of flowy pants and a top.

I will not going to try to sell my items here again. The store employees are very friendly and courteous but the owner has an attitude. When I first tried to sell my items the owner offer me $100 for 10 brandnew bags, shoes and wallet that she took from me. I thought at first it was a great deal but when I got home I realized that I got rip off. I should get more money for my items. I tried to sell my louis vuitton and chanel bag when I went back the second time, I had high hope that they will offer me a good price since it’s a luxury item the owner only want to take it from me for less than $500. I didn’t took an offer and she gave me an attitude for telling me that I should sell it myself and see if anyone will buy it for the price I want. I am not asking for a big amount I just want them to be fair with the price and not giving you a lowball offers, I feel like this shop/owner are trying to rip off their customer for buying the items in a very low price then they will sell it for twice the amount that they got paid you for your items. I AM NOT GOING BACK IN THIS SHOP ANYMORE!!!

Cute little spot but not a fan of the customer service or customers who shop there. Decent selection of a range of brands and decent pricing for some items. Randomly came across this spot today and decided to go in. I wasn't greeted walking in but everyone after me was. Customers will literally shop right directly next to you like you aren't standing there. I was standing next the fitting room waiting for someone to acknowledge me so I can ask to try some items on. Cashier wouldn't even look my way until I said something. Couldn't help but feel so unwelcome here and noticed I happened to be the only person of color in this store.. I did end up buying a top but will not be coming back here.

Their website specifically says: "If you feel like you can't get in because of your schedule, or ours, feel free to give us a call and we'll try to accommodate you the best we can!" In fact they do not do this, I've called several times and they are always booked and never accommodate to the time I can come drop off. Lost a customer and would not recommend to anyone.

not even sure why 3.5 stars! This place should be 5 stars! I have taken my items here and I also spent hundreds at the store and never once had an issue. You can always find that one gem at such a good price and enjoy it. All the ladies are super sweet and welcoming. The ones who left a bad review were probably too entitled.

The store is beautifully curated and all items are in perfect condition. Everything is organized well so it's easy to find things. I had an excellent experience selling. This store is a gem!
