I never been here before, but I really need to get my lip waxed before seeing someone and normally, they just do my lip anywhere that I’ve ever gone. A woman did my lip and acts like she has it out for white people and does half my freaking face. It don’t even make sense. I am more peach fuzzy than the average person but like you can tell where my lip hair is you know. so before she did the other side when I noticed on the first side, she did it over early. I was like can you not put that all on my face and she was like yeah and did it anyways. I don’t recommend this place at least for waxing. I’ve never got my nails done so I can’t say anything about that. Oh and on top of it she didn’t even like pluck afterwards to get all the like the little missing hairs you know and there’s a few of them like really.

Stevens attention to detail is on point and I'm glad he took me and my niece for a super last minute same day appointment. Literally within 30 minutes. This is the best set I've had in a while :)

I have been going there for years. Steven and the rest of the staff are always accomodating, helpful, and do a wonderful job! They are always willing to give you the next available appointment and will often fit people in between appointments, if they are available.

Daughter went in for he nails to get done and told the lady she wanted a cute wavy design on her nails. Nothing too fancy or complicated. The nail tech was ride and flat out told her im not doing that. My daughter is only ten and very timid and not wanting to be disrespectful so she left with a crappy heart design and cried the whole way home. How do places like this stay in business?

If I could give zero stars I would. They were mean, rough and seemed annoyed. My mom who is 76 and in somewhat poor physical health due to hip replacement and a bad car accident, can be a bit slow when needing to move legs and feet back and forth. Her pedicurist was so annoyed with her that she was rough and bossy. They were also not happy that we didn’t want gel, they asked several times. It’s just personal preference, we don’t want it. We’ll NEVER be back nor recommend. Not to mention we got to look at this the whole time.
