One of the older female cashiers was stuck up and rude, I accidentally put the wrong pin in and she told me to just skip the PIN code. I had a hard time hearing her and wasn’t feeling well in general. I put the wrong pin in again, she then proceeded to loudly say in the most condescending tone “no, don’t do that didn’t you hear what I said” and then she SCOFFED at me.

there's a young Cashier here, who's name I'm purposely omitting, who doesn't speak or acknowledge you until the end when he mumbled the amt. you owe. If you thank him as you leave, he still doesnt respond. Its like Im invisible. No hello, goodbye, thanks, or any small talk. Ive been here several times and Ive watched him treat others the same way.. Today he began ringing up another customer while I was still bagging groceries that he could have assisted me with, like they do at the Alberta location or the location in Spokane. Love Natural Grocers, especially their produce, but I find this Cashier's style disappointing.
in all fairness, I went back here a few days ago and a different cashier rang me up, and he was super friendly and positive and at the same time professional.

Usually I have a decent experience. The store is well maintained. Someone should tell the cashier David to try not being an utter and complete rude jerk to people he ia checking out for absolutely no reason.

While far from having the best selection of groceries, what they do have is high-quality and low prices. For example, the new seasons downtown Vancouver charges $12 for a bottle of Alexendre’s vatpasteurized A2 A2 kefir. At natural grocers they charge $7.99 for the exact same bottle. I could give many more examples of items that are much less expensive at natural brochures than they are at new seasons and I’m willing to make the drive to support this company. My only complaint about the store is that their vitamin section takes up too much space that is needed for grocery items. Having said that the grocery items that they do sell are all high-quality, organic, and a lot of them are local. I highly recommend the store.

Very expensive for basic things sound at Fred Meyers and safeway. And it's not all natural and organic as they claim to be, read the labels. You will be suprised. Staff was friendly I Wil say. But not cost effective at all. And will this inflation it's that more unrealistic their pricing.

The produce is always great. The international options even better compared to other stores. This store completely misses the mark with a friendly neighborhood market. The check stand employs could care less about your day or what you’re buying and if you ask them any questions it’s like your inconveniencing them?? I go to Portland for natural grocers because the customer service is so bad here.
