My normal nail salon was busy so I went to Natural Nails for a pedicure. Keep in mind I get pedicures once a month for several years. Anyways the lady was really rough with my big toe and made it bleed. She didn't disinfect it or anything. I'm mad at myself for not speaking up. Anyways 2 days later it was clearly infected. Tried home treatment and it got worse.
Ironically enough I went to the urgent care next door and am now taking oral antibiotics. This has never ever happened to me before and obviously the tools and equipment were not sterile. So yeah got a free toe infection with pedi!

I went in twice to get a pedicure, not for how it would look, but to address ingrown toenails etc. I have had two back surgeries, and cannot deal with nail clipping without cutting myself. I explained the kind of service I was after and tried to communicate my needs. After both visits I go home and found nails that had been left too long. They were soon hurting. These people need to learn how to LISTEN. I regret giving the generous tip I left each time.

Best nails and service!!! I'm picky about my nails, I like them a certain way. I love I go in and see Ty and I can watch my shows on my phone and not micromanage and they turn out amazing every time! I'm not super creative so I go in with a thought and Ty ALWAYS creates something new and creative for me! I highly recommend Natural Nails, you will not be disappointed!

One of the best nail salons in the greater Portland area. I've been a regular for years. The owners are the kindest people and the whole staff is wonderful. I won't go anywhere else. Ty and Anne are both amazing at acrylics!
