I have rented from multiple storage places in my life and NW Self Storage has been my favorite. I’ve never had any issues, the staff is always helpful and extremely nice, and the facility is well maintained. I feel comfortable storing with them.

Everything done online and only took 10 min total. Got a discount and was content with price. Gate code given and all info I needed except the code to get into the hallway which really didn’t matter since the office was still open and it gave me a chance to check in with management and get any questions answered that I needed. Location was easy to get to and everything was fast and efficient. Bailey was kind and willing to answer any questions I had.

Rental process online is very straightforward and simple. You are able to use your own lock or purchase one from the complex, which is nice. Staff was very friendly.
