I rent a 10x10 unit off of 78th Ave and Hwy 99.
I’ve rented with them for almost three years and store holiday decorations as well as some furniture that I’m not using right now.
The office is organized and they provide boxes and locks for purchase. I look forward to continuing to rent with them.

I liked Northwest Self Storage because it's clean, and has nice security to keep your unit safe of thieves. And Manager Aurelija is really nice person and helps you alot with you're storage unit.

Raise monthly prices without verbal notice. Customer care does not care about the customer! They charge whatever card has been used in the past without consent. Horrible business!!!!!

North West Storage Units has a great location, which is a big plus. However, I've noticed that they tend to raise their prices quite often. The longer you stay with them, the more they seem to increase the rates, which can be frustrating. While the convenience is nice, I wish they would be more consistent with their pricing.
