Update 12/2025. Now paying $211 for a tiny 8x10 unit, with NO LIGHTING!! That's correct. The light bulb burned out over the summer and its too high up for me to change it myself, so I went in and asked Cody in the office if it was possible to get the bulb replaced and he told me he was out of new light bulbs atm but would be happy to change it out when he gets new bulbs in. Waited a few weeks and sent a follow up email (its now getting dark by 5pm and cant see anything inside my unit after that time) and received a response telling me they aren't going to replace the light bulb because theyre not required to provide ELECTRICITY. WHAT?? Im not asking for an electrical outlet. Lighting is a basic necessity in any facility. Absolutely insane that they charge me $211/month for an 8x10 unit and refuse to change a freakin light bulb. Im giving 30 days notice today and will be moving my things out of here asap! This company is just greedy and couldn't care less about the service theyre providing, or the customers they're profiting from.
Earlier review: I've been pretty happy with our storage unit being here since we initially rented back in October 2023. The BIGGEST reason we chose this facility over many others in this area WAS RENTAL RATE. It was affordable for our family's budget. We love how easy it is to access our unit, and haven't had any issues since we've been here.
That all changed this past week. Now, all of a sudden, only 4 days before my payment due date and I received a text reminder telling me my payment was coming due soon, but the monthly rent amount is now nearly DOUBLE the amount that what we had initially signed up for. Confused, I went and read my contract word for word and it states that if there's a price increase, we'd receive 30 days advance notice.....
Well we DID NOT GET ANY NOTICE, NO EMAIL, NOTHING IN THE MAIL, NO TEXT, NO CALLS, NOTHING.
We, like many other families, are on a tight budget and can't afford double the amount (without any kind of heads up) we were already paying for an 8x10 storage unit.
Our previous storage unit was 10x20 feet, and we paid less than the NEW RATE I'm now being charged for this smaller unit. Now im trying to figure out what bill our family can afford not to pay this week so that we can pay the newly doubled rate here.
I understand that prices have gone up on everything and wouldn't be so angry if we'd actually been notified ahead of time and been able to plan for this, and if the increase was remotely reasonable or at least
fair, I'd understand, but this is insane, absolutely unacceptable, ridiculously gouging as far as I'm concerned and not at all what we expected based on our experience so far. Above all, we're more than angry and frustrated at the lack of notice, and can't believe this much of an increase (double) is even a consideration! I feel like we were roped in by an affordable rate, and after 5 months, BAM! Promotional price gone. Reminds me of the local cable company's tactics to get new customers.
Needless to say, and sadly, I've already contacted a few other storage facilities nearby and will be looking to move out of here asap.

Overall has been an easy, no stress, no BS situation, the property is clean, and seems secure, the lady that helped from start to finish was very knowledgeable, friendly, and had customer service skills should be rewarded, I wouldn't hesitate recommending this storage facility

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!!!
We have 2 units, one was robbed. The lock hardware was broken, and no one noticed. We filed a police report, asked the door be fixed urgently as we had belongings still in there and the employee stated a work order would be entered and they would get to it when they can. The entire property is FULL of homeless people living in units, obviously on drugs. And living in the units with pets! Multiple reports on the homeless situation with no real solution by the management. We will be suing this company. We had so much sentimental, valuable items in our unit along with our daughters important baby items. We are crushed!
I highly recommend you stay away from this place do not waste your money.
And if the owner sees this and wants to provide a real solution, you can contact us. Date of robbery 9/17/25

I just recently rented a small storage unit. Cody was the young man working at the desk and did a wonderful job helping me. The room I rented is clean and so is the whole area. The price is spot on and accessibility is easy. The only negative thing is that I have to get out of my van to put my code in.

I stored stuff here for years. Never had a problem with any of the staff even with previous owners. Just make sure you get both a printed copy and an email to avoid potential problems. More laid back without the hoopla. I recommend it. As of January 2025 Devon is pritty proficient and really nice property guy.
