Just had the worst experience that I can possibly imagine having from a bank. Deposited money I into my checking account to pay bills and the ATM Gets an error and doesn't deposit it, Then after waiting for 15 minutes. They tell me that I will not get my money back for 10 days. And then they have to destroy my ATM card because of the mistake. I am absolutely blown away that they can make a mistake and then act like I am the one who messed up. I am working on leaving Onpoint even though I have had accounts with them for over 15 years

Not a safe place to put your money. They refuse to cancel my lost debit card.

My local branch for past 8 years but have been banking with OnPoint since they were Portland Teachers Credit Union. Staff at this branch are always very helpful, Spencer is very personable and professional.

New manager is incredibly rude. I lost my id and didn’t have it with me so the lady who was helping me was going to ask security questions. Then the manager runs over in to the booth and says we don’t do that now. Like that’s fine and then she still proceeds to ask me the questions because I want it mailed to my house. So I answer all her questions and she try’s to change my debt card number and I said that’s not what I want I want the same number just a different card. Then I grabbed my card and proceeded to leave because I was in shock. Then she tells me to give her my card to dispose of it. Like excuse me. I don’t have to give you anything. This is my card. Get better management

This is not towards a specific branch, but I have been banking with them for about 15 years... they used to be so amazing, now it's just a growing corporation. Holding on to my check bc it's a higher amount than usual... a check is a check, Shame on them for not allowing me access to my own earned money

This is the first bank that I actually like. The employees are very nice especially one young lady she always greets me and my fiance with smiles and we have good positive conversation. She always seems truly interested and like she actually cares not like she's just doing her job. She goes the extra mile and for that I thank her and his branch of Onpoint!

Unacceptable that on a Saturday they have only one person working that can do new accounts or make changes on accounts etc. and someone new that has to call the branch manager every time there is a question. Waited and waited and waited just to find out I needed more information to close and then reopen a business account.

I have had some challenges with buying and selling a car and the passing of my spouse, and I have always felt genuine caring from the tellers, especially Kyle.

OnPoint that used to be called "Portland Teacher's Credit Union" is an amazing community bank. This location however does not deal with coins at all so don't expect to get any coins and don't bring any since they don't accept them. Kyle, Kristin and Rachael are 3 amazing employees and are always super friendly.

I love this branch. I have never waited for more than a minute or two, unlike other branches. The gals are very customer friendly and very helpful. My banking is done efficiently and with great care! Thank you gals!!!

Went in just now to open a checking account and was told by the teller I needed two forms of ID and a credit or debit card to open an account. I told her I didn't have a debit card, but I have two forms of ID and handed her my driver's license and social security card. She replied that they do not accept social security cards as valid ID, I would need to bring in a passport, concealed weapons permit, or a credit/debit card to confirm my identity. I asked why I needed to pay to get such expensive forms of ID and was told they're different from banks so they have different requirements. I recommend never coming to this location or even banking with onpoint. Tje teller was very rude and they have extreme expectations of an average "community member". I'm not gonna get a passport or concealed weapons permit to open a checking account and shouldn't be expected to.

I just spent 30 minutes on the phone while these people tried to figure out why my statements (that I had to pay for!) hadn't arrived. Despite the email I left being attached to me account, they sent it to the wrong one! This isn't the only problem I've had with this credit union--from refusing to change my husband's address to not cutting my account off in time after it was defrauded, I've had it! Most incompetent people I've even met!
