I decided to try this bank out because my boyfriend banks there but it hasn't been a very good experience for me when I signed up they had said we would both get $50 for me opening a new account and for my boyfriend referring me. We never received the money so then we call and then we're told that we had to have direct deposit which we did do that and we still didn't receive the money and when I called person who helped me I left a message and he never called back so then I ended up calling to talk to a manager. And then another situation I had called to fix a deposit and the lady did a transfer and didn't put a stop payment on a check so I wouldn't be charged a fee. They charge me $15 and the lady said it didn't show that a employee made a transfer that I did it and she wouldn't fix the fee. I'm very disappointed in this bank and when it happens more than once twice and a third time make sure not want to go back to that bank again.

Switched all accounts to On point from a bank that we where with for over 20 years. Never been happier! Amy Reeves and Meaghan Siemers have been amazing!

This Onpoint is my "home branch." Normally I have great customer service here and Marion has always been extremely helpful to my daughter and I. Today she wasn't available, and I got Brianna. I was wanting to get my will notarized. I was told by Brianna that she couldn't notarize it because I needed witnesses. The will states that I don't need to know the witnesses and I asked if an employee could do it? Brianna said no because they don't know me. I pointed out that the will stated they don't need to know me, but that Marion did know me. Then Brianna got rather nasty with me and said she wasn't a doctor that could prove I was of sound mind and Marion would tell me the same thing. That wasn't called for at all! Very disappointed in Brianna's lack of professionalism. I left without getting the will notarized.

Amy Rice at this location is OUTSTANDING! She is so kind, and knowledgeable. Not only that but is extremely proactive. She was able to assist me and answer any questions I had. She was so friendly and went the extra mile to make sure I had all the information I needed. Not only that but her follow up skills are amazing. Weeks after she emailed me to follow up and check in to make sure I didn't need further assistance. If you are going to this location, check Amy out!

I've had a couple credit union accounts but don't remember the process being this difficult but i could be wrong and this could be the standard for CU's. I moved away so don't have the physical ability to go to a local branch, which is my biggest problem. I am having a terrible time adding, stopping, or changing payments. I can't do it online or over the phone without multiple steps including adding my primary bank. I just want to pay the remaining $18 of my loan and stop the autopay. Cant be done online or over the phone without adding accounts. Called twice and got 2 different answers from customer service so i don't know which to believe. Very confusing and online banking NOT user friendly! I'd love to talk to a manager to get this straightened out.

The gal sitting in the back left cube was so rude. I demanded to see a manager, and the gal in the office said there was not manager or supervisor at this location. This team thinks they do not have to perform basic customer service because there is no one to correct them. Do not go to this branch unless you enjoy being talked down to.Onpoint, are these the people you are hiring now? There are dozens of other credit unions that can get my business for both my personal accounts and business accounts. I don't expect red carpet treatment, I will not take someone barking at me and talking down to me.

This is direct to Lady in the back left cube. Disrespectful, when asked for a manager, they said there was no manager. No wonder the team gets away with being disrespectful.

I love banking at OnPoint, but I will not go back to the Safeway branch in Salmon Creek. Didn’t get her name, but the lady sitting farthest to the left on 7/3/2020 at 9:50am was so rude to my daughter and I. We came in so she could deposit her check into her account, and have them help her install the app on her phone, and this lady kept telling us one at a time and wouldn’t even listen to what I was trying to help my minor child with. I will continue to bank on the east side of town and will not come back to this branch! Horrible customer service, unlike any other branch I’ve been to!

They were nice. Smallest branch of OnPoint Community Credit Union branches. Odd but interesting fact

I'm very happy with this new banking option for me. Just left U. S. Bank for constantly interrupting my service because I bought from a new site. Ridiculous!!!

On point is the most racist and anti elderly credit union I've ever dealt with. They continually lose paperwork, freeze my mom's account, and deny payment to mom's caregivers. I've also heard staff use racial slurs when referring to me and Mom. If you're a white supremicist this is your bank. All others please find a more competent bank. My rights violated once again by this racist bank. They noticed my negative review and accessed my account to get my contact information to confront me about my review. They were so disingenuous on the phone and didn't even ask if I had time to converse with them, of course not, the racist white guy just assumed his time was more important than mine. Wrong again nazi-point credit union. Oh will the racism never stop with this bank. Nazi-point has now denied a POP money transfer to one of mom's caregivers who is also a member of this racist bank. WHY nazi-point? Why can't you treat us like your white customers?
