Came here to get a document notorized, the lady Brianna at the counter was unsure if it was me and seemed I was a an inconvenience for a member benefit. I have had the same document notorized at a different branch with no issues, talked to another assoicate lady with red hair and a attitude, and was told they had to do research to see if i was the owner of my property i needed the document for. After a long wait it was not an issue, they need only needed to watch me sign the papers. I will not be back to this branch...

Chose to trust this place as my bank and I bring in a personal written check from dog sitting I do for side work. The associate immediately looked concerned when I brought it in to deposit. It was cursive writing made out for March "Mar" and she didn't know cursive and thought it was written for MAY! Told me the possibility of it bouncing if it doesn't go through. Like how the hell do you not know cursive writing?

Never go here. On hold for over 4 hours. Got a loan and 5 days they still have not sent the cashiers check. Once I finally got someone 5hours later they hung up on me!!! Have multiple loans will be taking them to a better place.

I really loved the service and customer experience that this branch provides where Ruvim, we came here and he was very helpful and his experience is top notch! Ruvim here is a great guy to work with. One of the best banks I worked with. Got me approved for a car loan really fast and made it super easy. I would highly highly recommend this location of on point then any other. If you need a loan or someone bank to work with.. this bank is a way to go.

went to get a notary done. Blanca gave me a notary Quick an fast friendly and when I left, I forgot my debt card, and before I got to my car, the lovely blanca called to tell me. Love this bank been banking through them for a while now highly recommended

Please do not go this bank. Came to deposit a certain amount that was just pulled from another bank and was counted in person by the other bank for verification. I came to deposit and the teller took my money to another room to count and came back and said the machine counted and deposited $100 less than what I brought. This was the first time a back did not count the money in front of me. End of the day, the teller just said Sorry it’s $100 less and looked a bit suspicious.
