My package was supposed to be delivered yesterday, today I was told they couldn't find my address. They said it will take 2 days for them to contact me. And there's no phone number to call them ? OOFtrac.

worst shipping company ever. they always mess up my deliveries, guaranteed. every single time. even if i add delivery instructions they manage to mess that up somehow. i wish the websites that i regularly buy from would not use Ontrac because they are literally BOTTOM TIER when it comes to delivering ANYTHING.

My packages have sat in SLT Utah until the date it was supposed to be delivered. Then they update the status to weather delayed. It should have left three days ago, wouldn't have had the delay. If you buy stuff and they use OnTrac beware the companies supervisor can't even help you get it handled.
