Trish is an amazing coach! Am visiting from out-of-town and really enjoyed her class! She had useful coaching styles and cues. Staff members were nice and super welcoming. This studio is different than the ones I've been to where there's a powder room with vanity mirrors and lighting. Unfortunately this location doesn't have a lot of extra amenities in the restroom like mouthwash but still enjoyed my visit.

This is my favorite OrangeTheory studio so far. The coaches and staff are supportive and always happy to answer questions. They have gone out of their way to give me resources to meet my fitness goals. The workouts are challenging and force me to workout muscles I'd otherwise ignore.

Great atmosphere. Friendly staff. Clean equipment. Hard workout. I lost my heart rate monitor and the staff was quick to say I could use their spare until I find mine and that it's probably somewhere around the house. I appreciate that! Accommodating and great customer service all around. I'll be back with friends! Thank you, OT East Vancouver!

I am so glad this studio came to our area! Although OTF is a large franchise, the staff and coaches give this gym a small town feel. The front desk staff are always welcoming and courteous. The coaches are so encouraging and make a point to learn the members names. Everyone here wants to see you succeed! Thank you Devon, Trish, Kelsey, Merritt, Emma, Maddie, Emily & Mila!

I'm going to give this place 1.5 stars for a couple reasons:Only Devon and Ryan make sure you're doing the workouts correctly. They actually watch YOU. If you look at the social media pages for this location, the 3 girls that work there are obsessed with themselves and "staff" only. All the posts are about them. They never promote the people that workout. Or the workouts that are being done. Maybe not a lot of people actually go there, so they make it about the staff...? I look at other pages and makes me want to go to other locations instead. Where they're proud of your hard work and promote your milestones. Marketing 101...??
