Everything has been quick and easy with renting the unit. The staff is friendly and assistive. I like the gate hours, opening early especially, due to my work hours. It's nice to get off of work and not have to wait in my car like a weirdo for an hour or more while I wait for the gate to unlock.
Thank you for the new customer discount. It's very helpful.
All in all, I like it. I'm glad my son in law suggested I rent here.

The first store didn't have what I needed.So they sent me to the second one and john was totally ready with the size of unit I needed, the price was right and customer service was a hundred percent!!

The staff at the orchard center self storage were very friendly knowledgeable and easy to deal with I would advise anybody who needs a storage unit to look these guys up cuz they're really good

I have never needed a storage unit till this last year and all I can say is they are absolutely amazing, Lesley is great and very very helpful to. And there prices are great as well if I have to leave I won't go back to anywhere else. I'm actually living out of state till next month and the pay portal makes it very nice and easy.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. It’s filthy - they can’t keep any of their employees and they make promises to their customers that they could care less about keeping. Bad place to store your stuff.

I came in late Sunday afternoon and did not have all my paperwork with me to park my JetSki so Tanya held the parking spot for me till I came back with all the paperwork, she was very nice and professional and made all of it go so smoothly, the spaces are big enough to where you are not too close to the person next to you, very heavily secured with cameras everywhere, I feel safe leaving my JetSki here and definitely will recommend them to everyone, thank you Tanya.

I have been a long time customer of this facility, 14 years, two 10x20 units. Over the years I have seen my part of the facility get very run down. For three years I’ve been complaining about my garage doors not closing smoothly and sticking in the tracks. I hear the excuse that it’s a 48 year old building, but they are charging 2024 rates. If I went in line today I could rent my unit for $20 less a month!!
Recently I found that the iron framework for the garage door had pulled loose from the cinder block. A repair person came the next day and “Jerry rigged” some new bolts, but there was still a considerable gab between the cinder block and iron frame. Now the door sticks badly and I have to step in the handle to get it to close completely so I can lock the unit. Even though I told two people in the office about the poor repair, the district manager said no one told her!
I’ve completely moved out of one unit. I’ll be out of the 2nd by the end of May.
The new tenant in my old unit parks his car in front of the unit and hangs out during the day with his dog and the door closed to about a foot from the ground.
This place is going downhill fast

I began renting a unit in January this year, as my son has rented a unit here for several years. I spent a lot of time working with, and corresponding with, Tanya, and have been so impressed with her customer service, friendliness, and help throughout. She is a great representative of the company, and I would highly recommend her, and Orchards Center Self Storage. Give that girl a raise!! ?

Went in to get a unit I reserved for today; after packing all day I lost track of time, I called about 8 minutes to closing time to tell them I was coming & the wonderfully pleasant staff was so amazing, not only was she super nice & accommodating even though I arrived at closing time, she stayed late to help me, with a smile on her face & a very friendly and professional manner, she was so wonderful & it made my experience even better during this stressful time. The prices were also good, location was great, and they allow you into your unit until 11pm, which is so great. Thank you guys so much. It was definitely a pleasant experience!
