Best experience in auto care I’ve had. Jordan and his team are fantastic. Car was having issues that for the life of me couldn’t figure out. After a price-friendly diagnostic we found the issue. They kept me up to date the entire time, and were able to fix the part that was broken rather than having to get a completely new part, from the expensive vendor. Saved me precious money and time. They were very kind and assisting throughout the whole process. Incredible service.

Good luck finding a more reliable, trustworthy, prompt, honest, knowledgable, skilled, attentive & good looking bunch of gentlemen. They always get the job done to satisfaction and don't charge you an arm & a leg! Its like having a professional mechanic as a brother-in-law but he actually gets it done when you need!

Great service and honest people! Multiple times have taken a vehicle for oil change, A/C, and breaks and calipers. Never any issues with the mechanics or personal.

Had some work done there a couple years ago, and though the installation seemed fine and I haven't had any problems, I did find old bolts from the previous part still loose in the engine bay... Not so good.
Went back recently for an oil change, and when I paid the price was a lot higher than the listed price. Didn't think about it in the moment as I was paying and chatting. Only later when I looked over the invoice did I see an additional, unrelated and unauthorized part changed out. For something that is non functional and pointless to replace. I expect anything not specifically discussed and authorized to only be done after asking. I would have said no because spending money on part of a broken feature is silly without repairing the actual functionality... Plus, I would have replaced the part myself in a couple of minutes for half the amount charged. Not sure I will be back.

Jordan is textbook definition of “don’t judge a book by its cover”. He’s an exceptional worker. I’ve been coming here about a dozen times and he’s always friendly, works fast, and definitely knows his way around cars. Will keep coming back for their services!

Total scam.
Washington state after July 25th, 2021 banned the sale of certain HFC refrigerants which included the $30-50 AC recharge bottles for vehicles which I'm assuming the reason this service cost $404
When recharging ac one of the first things you do is pull a vacuum to check for leaks....especially considering I told them it was likely due to a leak.
I was told that Freon prices are crazy, but for $404 it would have been good to have warned me that they did not do pull a vacuum like every other ac service which would have at least made it known there was a leak. (Washington state requires there be blacklight dye in vehicle AC's, so it couldn't have possibly been that hard of a task?)
. Instead of charging their customers $404 two times in a row, they should leak test or at a minimum suggest their customers pay extra for a leak test to avoid these kinds of head aches.
If you go here to get your AC recharged and are unsure the reason, be sure to ask them to do a leak check afterwards.

I went there last week for an oil change. I have been many times before. They are always nice and quick. The following week my husband checked the oil and it was filthy. Like it hadn't been changed at all. So we went back and showed them. They said they would change the oil again. When it was done he said that will be $97!!! I said I got the impression you were going yo make it right! No. They charged me full price. They lost a customer for sure and I will tell everyone I know not to go to this place for an oil change. Quick is not good. They need to let all of the old oil drain out before they put the new expensive oil back in. I am soooooo mad!! Do not go here for an oil change. They don't care.

They do good work. They charged $125 to install a battery. That seems excessive. But I'm happy with the brake job they did.

This place is no good I had an inspection done on my car yesterday they quoted me $2000 on two catalytic converters and $1400 for a tune up. Just got everything on my car fixed for $600 from an honest shop. I didn’t need new catalytic converters. Also the shop I went to included all kinds of things these guys didn’t mention $600 vs $3400 these guys are crooks!
