Don’t come here! My boyfriend and I took our car to this place to get a quote for a muffler service. I sat in the car, parked in front of the shop and my boyfriend walked in. The lady at the front, was talking to a man and they both see my boyfriend, but didn’t acknowledge him or ask him if he needed help with something. He just stood there and no one seemed to care to ask anything so he decided to leave. In my opinion, they need to work on their customer service or else just sell the business if they can’t act professionally.

I called 3 other shops first. First one didn't return my call. Second refused to work on the exhaust, and the third said it couldn't be repaired.Orchards fixed it in like an hour for 120$.

Fast & very nice work done! Had a full exhaust system put into my M4! No problems whatsoever! Will definitely come back.

Rick from Orchards Muffler is the best. I have had him do all of my vehicles custom exhaust and repair/replace work. I was pleased that Ron's Automotive and R/V took him in when Rick's former building was lost. Thank you for the continued excellent work guys.

Rick wwnt all out on my exhaust refit on my 75 chev 3/4 ton. It came out beautiful. I would highly recommend them. I asked him to go the extra mile, leak test and tucked tight, it wasn't the cheapest by far but definitely not the most expensive. The work done was top notch... i feel very satisfied and would highly recommend.

Would not recommend or ever take my car back it was done within a reasonable time but when I got it back an got home decided to inspect it an they had left zip ties instead of replacing hanger l called them and was told their new guy had done the work on my truck an that they were sorry and they would fix It. Couple months later when I took it into my mechanic they did a half a** job an cross threaded the majority of my header bolts and brackets they put in place were already broken. I feel they should've double checked new guys work before giving it back to me. I took it in this shop at the beginning of this year.

Rick did a wonderful job on replacing the exhaust pipe on the generator of our RV. They were able to work us into their very busy schedule and get the job done in a short amount of time he was even able to make some bracing for it better than the manufacturer.
