ABSOLUTELY THE WORST MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE EVER! OVER AND OVER. CHARGING TWO CARDS, NOT INFORMING, TRYING TO PULL MONEY FROM BANK ACCOUNTS. Lied to about plans and rates and charged. Charged crazy amounts for a package I didn't even know I had. I was not even using facilities for months after it was supposed to be canceled but STILL charged. Such a mess, and the management is contradictory, rude, and gets you nowhere but further in debt with them. $$$$$BEDS WORK HALF THE TIME, SPRAYERS WORK SOMETIMES, ZERO AROMATIC SPRAYS THEY CLAIM TO HAVE, YOU PAY FOR.HAVE PUT THE WRONG SPRAY TAN SOLUTION IN TURNING ME GREEN AND SPOTTED, ALONG WITH FORGETTING TO EVEN PUT SOLUTION IN ONE TIME. PAID FOR A SPRAY OF AIR.I COULD GO ON AND ON WITH THE CHANCES I GAVE THIS COMPANY, BUT NOT WORTH IT. LOST CAUSE. ??NEVER BUY MEMBERSHIPS FROM PALM BEACH TAN!!!⛈️⛈️⛈️ No sunshine, all storms!

I just started tanning, I was going to the gym for a few sessions and burned. I called palm beach tan and a nice gentleman answered all of my questions and because of this I decided to get a membership. I went to hazel dell location and a girl set up my membership and spent a lot of time helping me and answering all of my questions. I don't remember her name but I've seen her at a few locations, her name is Kaleo or something like that. She's my favorite and always remembers me when I come in. I also went to location off 192d and I spent probably 10 minutes trying to decide on which lotion to get and the girl there was so patient with me even though I was taking FOREVER. I ended up getting midnights which she suggested. I've been tanning at palm beach for a few weeks now and try to go everyday. I love it here and all of the employees, I really look forward to tanning everyday and ir sucks when I have to miss a day!! I'm obsessed with palm beach lol. Oh and I've gotten very tan in just a few weeks!! I started seeing results after about 3 sessions

I love my lil salon! The ppl there are amazing! Never... well I can't say Never, there Was One pushy sell sell seller there one time... but for the most, all the employees are super fast, friendly, and Chill! Also Very informative and happy to educate on beds As Well as products when and if I do inquire. There is hardly ever more than a 5 minute wait if any at all. If I could go every day, I would! Lol!

I have been tanning here off and on for years but recently it has been awful. I haven't been able to tan in the standup bed for like two months now because it is undergoing repairs and before that it had like eight bulbs burnt out for months. They are still charging me around $70 a month and when I went in today to go tanning the standup was still out of order. When I brought it up to the lady at the desk didn't even bat an eye at me when I told her I would like to cancel my membership at the end of this month due to not being able to tan in the bed I'm paying for. She didn't say I am sorry or anything she completely ignored my concerns. Then proceeded to put me in bed 15 the same laydown bed that I've had to go tanning in the last several times and underneath the acrylic is absolutely disgusting. I also let them know how gross their beds are and they told me that they are unable to clean underneath the acrylic because it will ruin them. I canceled my membership due to being unhappy today and didn't get an apology or anything.

When you try to cancel starting next month, they will steal your money anyway for the following month. They justify the stealing as “the policy” ok putn If you tell them that you will cancel the card, they threatened that they won’t let you tan for the month you already paid for. All the employees are the same with these type of business handlings. If it’s not stealing, it is PRESSURING for you to buy something MORE

They prorate your beginning month, but if you dont cancel in time, they charge you for an additional month. For example, i called today to cancel, (April 27th) and theyre charging me for the entire month of may and say theres nothing they can do. Total Scumbag move on their part and i will never go back to them again. They cost themselves 100's of dollars that i would have given them over the next several years over 1 month of fees when the month hasnt even started.Service: Tanning

Brooke was so sweet and helpful! She answered the phone when I was calling to make a few inquiries regarding the process and she gave me some tips and ensured she would help me out when I came in. This was my first time spray tanning and she made me feel very welcomed and comfortable and walked me through the entire process, making sure I had the best first experience possible. :)

I’m an avid tanner, I’ve been to different salons over the years and I’ve never had such an unpleasant experience as I did at this location, an associate by the the same of Kenzie was very unprofessional and rude, when I went into the tanning room I heard her talk about me and laugh. I go tanning to feel good, and I left feeling very upset. After posting about my experience with friends and family on Instagram and Snapchat I got messages saying they’ve had the same experience. Sad. Palm beach needs to hire more professional young adults. This young woman in my opinion needs a lesson on how to respect her customers and her place of employment.Service: Tanning

I had a great experience today with Meg! She was super professional and answered all of my questions. She helped me add bed tanning to my sunless membership and recommended great products. She made this my new favorite PBT location!

I’ve gotten spray tans here twice and I always turn out to be super dark...and I’m really white. I wish they’d recommend a color for me since I’m new at this. Felt like I wasted money..I had to cover up my face and skin...right before vacation. I’ve tried tanning but I can’t tan, so spray tans I thought would work, but just had no luck here:/
