We didn't even get food, it just wasn't worth it. We waited 7 minutes for ONE car to order at the drive through (we were 2nd in line), and then were told it would take ANOTHER 5 minutes before we could ORDER. Entirely unprofessional.

Just picked food from there. I found a piece of plastic in my kids cub meal. i’m glad that I was helping him eat his meal and found it instead of him choking on it!!!

We asked for senior discount. The cashier names Yangyang denied this request. We told her we often eat here and received discount. She adamantly refused. She has low customer service skills. We requested the manager who then gave the senior discount and said her employee would be corrected. However, we now prefer to simply drive to Salmon Creek when eating at Panda Express as this location offers a larger serving with polite employees.

When I came up to the employee working at the front, I said me and someone else have been waiting for a while. He quickly responded in a very rude manner said other people came in before you you’re gonna have to wait.

No wait. Attendant was efficient. Drive through attendant was positive and pleasant. She listened and helped me navigate the process.

Ordered five days in advance for a group lunch through Uber Eats. Tracking showed it was going to be delivered 2 hours late. Called the store, and they said they just got the order with nothing they could do to speed it up. At 5 min until the new scheduled time, they cancelled the order.

Ordered earlier today with wife we get up to the drive thru speaker it took the female 5 mins to take our order when she asked it was extremely rude as to rush us to place the order. Also I was missing items in my order as well as my food being very old the rice was rock solid the ragoons were dry and hard to chew and the teriyaki chicken was dry as well missing and entree 2nd time coming to this location and am very disappointed will continue to go to the panda on mill plain from now on
