I have tried this place three times. My first visit was excellent and I was very pleased with the service. However, during my second visit, while the service was still satisfactory, the gel manicure I received began chipping within a week, which was disappointing.
My most recent visit was on my birthday and was particularly unsatisfactory. I brought my six-year-old granddaughter with me, as I was drawn to the salon by the availability of children's chairs, hoping for a fun birthday experience for both of us with manicures and pedicures. Unfortunately, the child's chair was not functional. We were also limited in the color options provided. When I mentioned that my granddaughter did not need gel, the technician seemed visibly annoyed, rolling her eyes. Her manicure consisted solely of a basic polish application, and her pedicure was notably brief. As for my own nails, the polish application is uneven, I have several hangnails, and there are areas where the polish is missing altogether.
Despite the poor quality of the services received during my last visit, I was charged over $140.
I hope you will take my feedback constructively to ensure a more consistent and satisfactory experience for all your clients.

Kimberly did my full set and Tammy stayed late to do my pedicure!!!! This place is amazing. 12/10 do it.
Update - Kimberly has left the salon. Upon my last visit a woman did my nails. She commented upon my pregnancy and said where was my wedding ring and that in her culture unlike Americans it is usual to be married and get to know the family before getting pregnant. She also told me that the salon staff like to do pedicures because they are easy but no so much nails specifically for me. She made me feel embarrassed and bad about my pregnancy. I have come here since moving to the area in October but I will no longer be coming here due to this experience. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I will never come back, I really enjoyed the service and staff previous but they all kept joking and I felt very uncomfortable after all the comments that were made. Also my services had always cost about $40-$60.00 this lady charges me $75.00 with tip it came out to $100.00. I always tip the same amount but felt weird because she kept commenting on how slow it was that day and how the salon had to many workers and not enough customers. Terrible experience and now I have to find a new place.

Been coming here for 5+ years and it’s a hit or miss on service and nail quality. I’ve been patiently waiting and hoping for improvement, but will now be going elsewhere.

Awful experience. Paid for the deluxe pedicure and was given a year of ingrown toenails in return. I asked the nail tech to leave my nails long and she confirmed that she'd just trim them back a little, she cut the sides of my big toe nail all the way back to the cuticle. Guaranteed way to get ingrown toenails and infection until it can fully grow back out in a year. When I called her on it she kept going like she didn't hear me, she only stopped after I told her to stop it a second time, but the damage was done, that should not have happened even if I hadn't already asked for my nails to be left long. Obviously does not know what she is doing.
On top of the awful nail tech experience- All of the towels look dirty and threadbare. The hot stones also look dirty. The water to soak your feet in was cold, and I had to ask for more water to be added just to have it warm. The whole service was maybe 45 minutes. Save your money and your feet, go elsewhere.

Took my niece for a pedi and it was a super rushed pedi. Was not relaxing whatsoever, then she was done way before me so she had to wait.

My wife and I double date this establishment for pedicures every couple of months. We keep coming back because they do a pretty good job.
