Always super friendly and professional, mostly just picking up crickets, but I always enjoy that every employee I have interacted with is an animal lover who seems to genuinely care about the creatures in their charge, regardless of being a big box animal dealer, the employees do seem to care.

I just wanted to say that Emerson and one other woman I forgot her name darn it. Awesome awesome job. Every time I come Into the store everyone is so helpful and kind. I really appreciate it. This is how customer service should be.❤️
