I work for a convenience store so i really don’t understand the interaction i had at this store. Like I walked in and immediately saw the core mark delivery and thought to myself that this cashier could use some help. But I think this cashier assumed my friend and I were stealing and sent some one else in the store to tell us to leave which completely blind sighted me and I went to her to explain that I was just waiting for the keys to buy alcohol and she was EXTREMELY RUDE. I have social anxiety and was allowing people to go ahead of me because my friend was still looking for a snack. She was extremely rude and aggressive so me and my friend decided we would just leave and she refused to give us our id’s back. She was also rude to the lady in front of us because she didn’t understand how to get the keys either. I was more than willing to wait for a key because she seemed busy and I was trying to be polite but she took it to a completely different level of awful. I hope she gets fired, and if you’re looking to hire someone polite with costumer service expertise lmk. I’ve worked costumer service for 7 years and that was sooo weird and we just ended up going to tap union because they are so nice.

This place used to be so much better a few years ago now it really went down hill since then its still a good place to grab some quick snacks and other things but last I went around 9 at night there was human feces and urine right by the front door with people sleeping right in the middle of the sidewalk didn't really feel comfortable going in there but I already made the trek there once I went inside it was like a homeless hangout spot people sitting on the floor shopping cars with cans and trash in them blocking isles I made it in and out as quickly as I could. Management should do better I could see this store possibly being shut down soon if it doesnt get better.

The skinny blonde that works overnights she smelt strong of alcohol and was slurring her words. I believe her name is Christina!!! And when you try to call the store at night No one answers at all!

Debit card machine keeps saying declined when I have plenty of money in my account. Second time this has happened and the problem is on their end. Crappy overpriced pantry compared to others

I went in last night at 11pm to get some Pepcid. Everything else was closed. I was lucky to be able to find some. It was for a loved one who was suffering badly, my cat. He has IBD. The vet says to give .25 to him.
He had vomited about 9 times until it was nothing but bile. I was distraught.
I get there and find what I need. I go to pay and there is this obnoxious man before me. It was one thing they had to change drawers. He had been there for about 5 mins chatting with them. But this guy bought some scratchers and proceeded to stand there while he scratched. He looked right at me. And another customer was behind me. Since they didn’t have to sense to politely say, “There’s some people behind you I need to assist, please do that to the side,” I went up and put my item on the counter. Then he moved. I have seen all the videos of obnoxious people and I was not about to go there. And did not take it out on the women behind the counter. One was in a wheelchair and she was nice.
The point is, you can’t do anything about other people’s behavior. But at least look like you care they’re inconveniencing others and say something. And some people need to not judge people based on appearance. I was homeless once too.

I'd give 0 stars, but they did accept my money and give correct change. However, I am not sure how this place is actually functioning as a business. DO NOT go here to buy beer or wine, unless you have a half hour to spare. They ask to hold onto your license, and walk you to the cooler like a child to unlock the door. There is only one employee working at a time, so this can create a big line at the front. Pay close attention to your total here. The prices are consistently incorrect. This place is clearly too cheap to hire a second person to work evenings, or to do proper inventory control. This place needs leadership
