Workers need to learn to communicate without being disrespectful, especially towards children. I came in a couple of months ago and bought my son everything he needed for baseball. While we were looking a worker yanked the bat out of his hands and put it back up, which I then grabbed off of the rack and told them I was buying it for him and gave it back. As we were checking out, he was looking at the machines (not on them) and the other worker immediately yelled at him to get away. Again, he was only looking and is aware already not to get on them. I let this interaction slide as I thought maybe they were having a bad day.But today, I went back in to look for another mit and a bag, and he was met again with a very harsh "do not walk between those!" as he was going between the bats looking at the inventory. Keep in mind he is tiny, and 5 years old. There was plenty of space for him. I was 5 feet from him the entire time as well, if you have a problem with my child looking at your inventory and safely walking around, take it up with me. Do not speak to children this way. He was very upset leaving both times because of the blatantly rude workers. Both times we came in, he was respectful, safe, and I stay within distance to both see and correct him. He was not doing anything "unsafe" as I'm sure they're going to try to say he was.Bottom line is, learn to be respectful to ALL customers.

I needed a stationary recumbent bike with a wide seat that I could lean back on. They didn't have anything like I wanted but the sales person figured what I needed and told me where I could get it. I love stores that take care of customers!

Horrible customer service. 2 guys behind counter were too busy to stop hitting the counter to assist. Very disappointed.

Terrible staff!!! This guy is just drinking his milkshake extremely loud when we come in and directs us to the golf disks that we need while still having milkshake in his mouth and we couldn't understand him. We ask him if he could help us pick out disks and they don't know anything or what they are for! If you work at a sports shop you should have a clue about sports. When we came to ring them up after we researched what to get and it took a long to to checkout because they had to go through this binder to find the barcode, one of the barcodes had a tear so it took awhile☹️. The place is extremely unorganized and stuff is all scattered in the wrong places. We will never go back!

Absolutely horrible service. Rented snow skies for my 12 year old so for the season. They rented him boots that I found out later were for mountaineering and not made to fit standard bindings. After having them come off my son’s bindings several times including one time where I was very afraid he had hurt himself I’ll never go there again. Then when I go back, the salesman immediately sees the problem and says I need to speak to the owner. Still no call back. Just shameful.
