I had a last minute notarized document that needed to be sent out. I called this location and Emily was amazing and so helpful. She is a notary public and was able to notarize my document and get it sent off in the same trip. When I went into the location Emily was extremely kind, knowledgeable, patient, fast, thorough, and helpful. She explained everything that I had questions about (which was a LOT of questions). I will definitely be going back there for any of my mailing needs! And/or if I need a cute gift. They have so many unique and fun things for sale! I highly suggest going to this location!

There are 2 Postal Annex stores within 1/2 a mile of each other. One has great service and the other one has...well, if you can't say something nice...Anyway, this is the one with the great service.

i stopped by to drop off a simple letter i needed help with because it was going out of country. the worker there was very friendly and helpful and answered my questions :) fingers crossed my letter makes it to it's destination now!

They charge for everything. I had my own prepaid labels and they were trying to charge me extra. Their prices are very high for simple tasks such as printing a shipping label.

I show up early at 0730 because I work in the morning and have no time duri the day. They don't open until 8am so they have no obligations to open those doors until 8am. The guy working opens up at 0745 for me so I can pay for my package and be on my way to work. Now that is customer service!

I have been a customer at this Postal Annex for 5 years and their service is exceptional. Aaron in particular has been extremely helpful and has amazing follow through. I am so appreciative of their dedication to a job well done. Six out of five stars in my book!

They’re friendly and email you confirmations of packages you send out, but they charge $1.00 anytime you drop off a package there (just for the privilege of mailing it from there).

IMPORTANT TO KNOW: Prepaid USPS mail is $1 per piece to drop off here.There IS however USPS blue box maybe 30 feet from the door past Clean Juice in the side parking lot. This will work well for envelopes, small packages or most padded envelopes, though not bulky boxes.The staff here are nice which saved the rating. If you have a lot of things to mail you’ll need to go elsewhere really.

Went here a few times to either pick up a package or send it out. every time I went here I had a great experience. The customer service is great, the line always moves fast. It is typically not very busy, unless it is a holiday time. The prices for sending out packages is fair and comparable to big chains. They also offer some other services like printing and even notary.
