I can't actually tell you how the customer service is at this location, or how efficient they are, because I've stopped by here probably like five times in the past month and they are never ever open. Even if they say they're open, they are not. I would recommend trying a different location for shipping needs.

I'm an online seller and so far its been pretty good, though it takes a while to get to USPS from PostalAnnex. Especially on a Friday or Saturday. Everyone here is super nice and its always cool inside. 👌

Had a box for 23 years. Just renewed for 6 months but then found out relocation was permanent so closed account. Handed in keys and completed all that was required.
They kept the cash reserve fund! Shameless.

I am an online seller and ship my packages out of this location daily. There are not enough nice things I could say about Fred and the other ladies that work there. Fred has helped me package fragile items and has done it with such care. I get great reviews on my packaging, and Fred keeps that standard on my fragile items. The cost of shipping goods it great, and always has the perfect box/polly mailer when I need it. Thanks again, Fred, for all you do!

The owner, Fred is very friendly and knowledgeable. He even gave me a great tip on a mailing poly supplier when he could have just sold me his product. I'll definitely be back.

Since the store changed of owners is always closing unexpectedly. This is very difficult to be a customer in a place that is closing all the time. The old owners never closed the store.

I’ve had multiple delivery failures because the new owner closes on a whim and has no backup help. Totally frustrating. Hastle to change billing/shipping address but I’m so frustrated I’m looking at finding an alternative mail service after doing business with postal annex (mostly old owners) for 15 years

Man who works there is always kind and friendly and helpful, but the place is randomly closed Even during stated business hours. It’s unpredictable and makes it hard to do business there

Hands down thee BEST Postal Annex. They always take care of our small business needs, and rumor has it that they will be having a Bitcoin machine there soon too.
