The ownership and management of this hotel is clueless. After extending our stay by one night they billed us over $1,000 despite the fact we had extended it thru Expedia at a lower rate. However, their evening person billed over $1,100 in fees in error. Then they could not correct it on Saturday. On Sunday they offered only a 10% discount if we wanted to stay until Monday when they could correct the error with the bank. We did not have 3 nights in our budget and was forced to leave without having the overcharge confirmed as corrected. They were completely clueless. Plus, there is construction right next door that wakes you up in the morning. Homeless people are camped out at their entrance. Very sketchy area. I was concerned about my vehicles the entire time.

Most disturbed sleep ever. The heating system in the room was as loud as a truck engine. If that wasn't kicking on to wake me then there was a door slamming just outside mine in the hallway. Every time I started to drift off one of those 2 things would wake me. Or it was the street lamp shining in my eye through the blackout curtains that couldn't close without leaving a gap. Air quality also poor and sinuses took a beating. Gave two stars because the beds were impressively not hard. I won't be back unless they advertise a major overhaul in the quality of their sleep environment.

First of all I called this place twice, left my name and phone number; but after waiting for two hours for a return call, I gave up.I drove to the hotel instead to make a reservation at this obviously aging "inn." We were given a room on the 2nd floor, but since there was no elevator to that floor, which my husband requires, I requested a room on the first floor so was given the last one available, room 130.We arrived at the hotel about 10:30, entered the room, and almost passed out! Disgusting, smoke-laden air "greeted" us! Even a sharp knife couldn't have cut through what we were forced to breathe. Neither air conditioning nor opening a window made a difference. The carpet was dirty as well.I awakened at 4:00 in the morning and couldn't wait to get out of this rat hole. The lady at the desk was nice enough, but upon my complaints she tried to place the blame on me. With a guilty look on her face she said that I should have called the front desk to make them aware. There is no way staff couldn't have known about what we experienced. The "air" in our room wasn't from "new" smoke; it was obviously old, dank smoke that had become a part of the room itself. If you enjoy this kind of experience and want to throw your money away, be our guest. But for us? Never, ever again! And how in the world anyone could give this place a 5 star rating is beyond me!

Needed a room after a long drive from the Bay Area. On our way to Seattle, this was a spare of the moment booking. Yuck. Really old, worn out room. Sheets worn and thin. Towels could not have been any smaller. The carpets in the room were very dirty. I spread out towels so I didn't have to walk on them barefooted. It is sold as Pet Friendly ... yup and owners don't pick up after their pet. Got up early and got the heck out of dodge. I rate this motel as the second worst I've ever stayed at. I do not recommend this place.

Came here as a last resort from a previous hotel that didn't work out. The rooms were clean and tidy, there were plenty of amenities, and the staff was very kind and accommodating. This is a great place, both for price and quality.
