Typically dependable chain that brings good food the East Vancouver location. Great burgers, fries, sandwiches, salads, drinks and entrés. There is something for everyone.This location has been consistent with their service and fun atmosphere. My only recommendation would be for the food preparers and runners to just make sure the food is hot and fresh. There is no excuse for cold food.Keep it up.Parking: Plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: This restaurant is very good for kid-friendliness.Wheelchair accessibility: This place is WC accessible.

This place used to be a very delightful place to go as i went to it each and EVERY single birthday and got the kids bottomless mac and cheese but just went today and was told they can’t serve me the mac and cheese because im older than 11, the kids mac and cheese is the only plain mac and cheese on the menu and i get sensory overload with all the extra stuff they add on to the regular mac and cheese along with that it’s also so affordable for lower income folks but now that it’s being restricted we’re forced to get a much bigger priced meal i find this completely and utterly ridiculous. And lowkey kills my childhood spirit and nostalgia of the place, shame on yall for real money rats

Mostly leaving this review so her bosses know that Alaynna (hope I spelled that right) is killing it with her customer service skills. I had her this time and last time for my to go order and both times she has been very helpful and sweet. Great job!

The service was excellent here. My mushroom burger was a let down. I asked for my burger to be cooked medium but it came to me dry and it didn't have the aioli sauce that it normally comes with. Thankfully, the server got it fixed for me. The busy-ness was a little overwhelming.I also ordered some chicken wings. Don't do it. It comes with fries (not sure why) especially when fries come with each burger. There were more chips than wings.

My first time back since the menu and ingredients got all changed up and I have to say the quality of the burger went downhill. Sure it was thick, but tasted like really cheap beef and had zero flavor to the patty, like no seasoning on it whatsoever. My wife's burger was the same. Fries and onion rings were decent and the dessert donuts were good, but shame about the burgers, I'll just stick with Killer Burger, it's better and surprisingly cheaper

Service was terrible!!!!Atmosphere was affected by poor service!!!Although I left without eating, I ALWAYS love the food ?.I'll continue to go to Red Robin at Mall205 and Gresham where there is excellent service in a comfortable atmosphere.Couldn't answer final questions TRULY because 1, I didn't eat and 2, I didn't spend a penny.
