I spoke too soon by editing my review back to five stars. I'll write about my experience more a little later today. Essentially, the deals are good. The customer service at the front desk when checking out isn't great. Lots of attitude. This is not my first poor experience. If you can put up disrespect for good deals, then this won't bother you. The deals are pretty good, some people don't care about that kind of thing. I'm not sure what happened with this store. I use to love it here and chatted it up with people that I checked out with. Not something I can do anymore. Just gotta grit your teeth and get through it. Manager and floor staff are pretty nice.

I love retails! They have a great selection of items, great prices, great rewards program, and great volunteers, all for an amazing cause. My life has gotten too busy to continue to work with rescues directly so knowing my donations and shopping support the shelter is wonderful. There have been many times where my rewards paid for my purchase. Last week I got a lampshade for 58 cents! Try beating that, goodwill!

I shopped here last weekend and the manager Shearl charged me one price and it was approved but she said it didn't go through on her end. When I went to do it again it was almost $10 more and both transactions came out of my bank immediately. I told her about it but she was very short and rude about it. She was extremely unprofessional and was arguing with me about it in front of other customers. Terrible customer service!!! I called to talk to someone else, no one answered. I left a voicemail but no one returned my phone call.

This place was fun. Found some interesting toys here for my daughter and a few nice clothes but the men’s selection is a little disappointing and the styles are definitely dated. Still not bad tho and had a great time with my wife!

If I could've given them a negative score I definitely would!!! Every single one of those ridiculously Inconsiderate, pushy rude employee's should have to take classes for there behavior . I will not be purchasing any sort of merch from thier store location

Love donating here and shopping, very nice staff very helpful. Main goal is because they are working to supply and help the shelters to care for all the beautiful fur babies. May this year be filled with love and support, kindness, happiness to the world of animals.

Cheryl should do better at managing. Left a new girl to use the register all by herself assuming it’s her first day/week because she brought up shadowing, and left her alone with a MASSIVE line. New girl was very sweet and deserves better.
Do everyone a favor and make Miss Cheryl watch some management videos.

Pretty sure she overcharged my partner as well. The t shirts that are graphic last time were only 2.99, yet all of a sudden were 4.99. My partner and I WAITED in the long line for at least 20 minutes and asked about a potential overcharge (CHERYL finally decided helping the new girl and long as hell line was worth her time), was very dismissive as well about it even though last time we were here graphic t’s weren’t that much. Fix your consistency too while you’re at it.
