The people accepting donations are very helpful and prompt. There are a wide variety of things to shop for in the store, including pet supplies. Prices are very reasonable.

Went to third thrift store a couple months ago with my grandma. We love thrifting it's one of our favorite things to do together. We both also love things that are for a cause. So obviously we loved this shop because it supports the humane society . This store has a good selection of clothes and toys, I found some cute bracelets and a vintage my little pony toys here. Everything was very cheap, bracelets were around 30 cents and the pony toy was around $2. Not to also mention the best part about this story was the mini pet shop in the back of the store, there were about 3 cats in the back that are up for adoption. So cute! The staff was understanding when I accidentally cut in line, she was very kind and complimented me on my outfit. Will choose this over the old goodwill any day! 10/10

Great place to shop. Lots of selection. Many Knick knacks. Good record selection. Tons of books (many only fifty cents). Clothes are cheap. Lots of parking. The furniture is overpriced (very), and so is some of the art/old books in that section, so I'm knocking off a star.

Omg! What a little treasure. My little secret. Ssh don't tell my boyfriend I went shopping. Lol, all jokes aside. Great store, and great staff. Just remember don't buy more than you can carry. Yes the shopping carts stay inside.

LITERALLY BEST thrift store I’ve ever been to…Well, Top 3. The knickknack section was full of so many treasures!!! Prices? CHEAP. Workers? PERSONABLE. Also loved the slow paced vibes of the whole store. Will be a repeat customer

one of the best thrift stores around. colored coded knick-knack section/clothing section with pre tested lamps/electronics/kitchen applicances ready to purchase at extremely reasonable prices. was rare that i saw any item above 10$ which is rare in itself nowadays. you can tell the employees care about how things are arranged in that place. feels very homey. will return again and again and again!!

* I love it! *Great deals! *Inviting and polite staff (for the most part lol) **Downside: I really wish they would re-open the dressing rooms to the public/customers again . Would be helpful to be able to have my kids try on the clothes before we buy em'. Just makes it a hassle later when something ends up NOT fitting correctly, etc. Other than that, *I really enjoy going there. *Always lots of variety. *Clothes, home goods, pet supplies, jewelry accessories, etc. OH YEAH! Another bonus is that they ALWAYS have that 20% coupon you can pick up through your paper mail. I think it's in there Every week.... I'm pretty sure?

Not a good place to buy clothes. Wide variety but, no fitting rooms and really difficult to tell what prices are. Spent thirty plus minutes picking things to try on and then learned they had stopped doing fitting rooms when COVID happened. Which is fine, however, I don't thrift clothes unless I can try them on. I was bummed and found a clothing return rack. An older lady working there came up to me with a very rude tone and asked me what I was doing. I explained the situation and she told me I wasn't supposed to put clothes on the rack, that she was already putting clothes away and if I added more, she would have to put them away too. All of this was explained at me with an extremely condescending, unnecessarily angry tone. It was really bizarre and confusing, the attitude this woman came at me with. I came for retail therapy to kill time while my husband was going through radiation and chemo appointments and ended up leaving the store feeling more sad than when I came in.

I used to love this place. I was there about 3 months ago. The staff was incredibly rude. I was so taken aback that I just left my cart sitting. It was awful. I doubt I will ever return. It used to be my favorite.

I love supporting a good cause. This place is hit or miss as far as finding great things, or finding what you need I should say. I unfortunately couldn't find matching bowls to plates BUT I did find some very valuable ahem things here. I don't want to let the secret out of the bag, ha. Their reward program seems cool, too bad no clerks told me about it before yesterday.

Today I had another amazing experience at retails thrift store. There needs to be a kudos for Miss Shearl, I'm unsure if she is a manager but she has helped me several times over the past few weeks with questions during my shopping experience. I had an experience last year which kept me from returning until recently. My thoughts of giving it another chance has more than paid off! The stores employees are smiling and helpful n Shearl I need to say you are a remarkable person and if you aren't management you should be. I'm grateful for your assistance with questions and making me laugh. It makes my heart warm to know my money is going for the animal shelters and I prefer this very clean location to other thrift stores who's unclean and overpriced for donated items is disturbing. Thank you Retails for your cause and Miss Shearl!

I really wanted to like to this place because I am told they raise money to help animals. I have been in a a handful of times. Each time, I have encountered extremely rude employees. Once I asked if I could see something behind the counter. (I had JUST checked out after waiting 15 minutes in line) When I asked the woman told me "you need to get back in line if you want to see something". Which is fine if I didn't already spend 15 minutes waiting then waiting on her to acknowledge me. Today, I came into the store looking for one specific clothing item. They have mirrors in the clothing sections. When I went to try a button up shirt over my shirt, the employee very loudly and rudely said "we don't allow people to try on items in store. We have a return policy". Also would be so bad if there were a place that was obvious for people to see this and know. And, she didn't yell it loud enough to embarrass me. The two woman isles over from me stared and looked me. One commenting "I had no idea that was the policy". And gave my a look of shock as well at the way she basically made an example of of me.I am all about any place that helps animals being I foster, rescue, TNR, and work with shelters to raise money year round. But, this place really needs to train employees on customer service and treating people like they are humans. I'm very sadden this is my experience here. There have also been a couple other times I come in and the employees after venting about customers, being rude to them and displaying attitude with them.

Well-organized and less funky than a Goodwill or other thrift stores. Mostly women's clothes and toys mixed with odd electronics and kitchenware.

Well organized thrift store! Love the abundance and variety of the place. So many neat cheap or expensive finds! Always worth it! Best way to furnish a home!
