Terrible service.... Heaven forbid somebody comes in to open a business account on a Saturday, because they work 65 hours Monday-Friday! You will be met with scowls, eye rolls, and even sighs. Then once they finally decide to do work after realizing they can't use the "it takes to long to do at this time/ there isn't enough time to do the account blah blah"4th time trying, and it took them 25mins, ) they will rush you through the process. Letting you leave with out a debit card being ordered, and not having any account information. All the while you just assume it will come in the mail. 3 weeks later and my debit card finally comes, and now the last 5 digits of my TIN wont activate it. So it locked me out. Now I have to wait to call them yet again, because they of course don't have customer support. Can you please explain to me why a community bank is better?!? lol. I've seriously gotten better service at Wells Fargo. Wells Fargo cashed my check no questions asked all they had to do was call and verify it... It took 5 mins. When I asked Riverview if they could do it, they said that it didn't always work.. and the person at the other branch wanted a hold!! So all the branches aren't connected and don't have the same authority over your account. That is ridiculous. Their online banking is also very buggy, and not user friendly. Closing my account and going to a national bank as some how their customer service is better! Stay away unless you like to waste your time and want less customer service than a national bank.
