I actually work for a company that uses Riverview Bank for their banking needs. I’ve never been inside the branch but on several occasions I’ve gone through the drive-through. Either depositing money, exchanging large bills and getting receipts. Great customer service, always super friendly and helpful.

Very good and friendly service, despite the current pandemic. Only minor complaint is that the Bill Payment portion is somewhat disorganized, probably because it was added piecemeal. But very good phone support. Useful summaries make a checkbook unnecessary. Reliable website.
