I’ve got into this Ross 4 times with the intent to spend a lot of money, and had to put everything back all 4 times because the check out line was so long. You need to quit screwing your staff over and leaving them to drowned in customers. Hire more people.

Went to Ross on Mill Plain and 164th. Ten people in line with one check out person and one security guard. One more check out person came. Another employee came to relieve security guard. He stood less than 5 feet from the employee checking me out and watched everything that was put in the bag. Then he wanted to check my receipt! Signs posted saying they would check receipt. Why? He saw everything as it went into the bag. Waste of time and employee resources. He agreed with me. So.....management of that store, poor decision! Stupidity!

This Ross is the best Ross in alll of Vancouver it is always stocked up to the brim which is amazing every other one is always empty and dirty but this location is the only one I like to shop at because it’s clean and staff is actually nice.

There are currently 21 customers in line and one check stand open, while another employee is checking the receipts that that one check stand just printed.

Horrible customer service…or lack thereof! I asked an employee about whether or not the store had maternity clothing. The associate hurriedly tells me that all of their maternity merchandise is mixed in with the regular clothes and then tells me I’ll have to ask someone else before walking away. Rude and completely unhelpful.

I noticed that in this place I don't know what to expect, it will be different every time. I went there several times when I was very unpleasantly surprised. The clothes were very mixed, there were no price tags on some products, half-empty shelves, closed changing room. And a few times I was there, everything was the opposite. A lot of clothes, everything folded, changing room open, service fast.

Great store- great prices and items . Clean and organized . This is the best one out of Clark county area . The people who are probably complaining about the staff being “rude” or “unprofessional” are the same ones who complain about the long lines . The majority of staff are high schoolers and is their first job - cut them some slack .

The "manager" here ( Christopher he is bald and African American) is probably the rudest and most racist person I have ever encountered while shopping in my life! I just started to come here and every time I have been here I spend well over $100 but the last time i went here (06/29/24) I had to return some items at Michael's next door so I popped over and as I was looking at the shoes I decided to take my hair down and was taking my Bobby pins out of my hair, I made it over to the beauty section and put my Bobby pins and phone in my back pocket so I could grab something to read the label better since I didn't have my glasses on. Next thing I know he walks up to me and tells me I have to leave! I wasn't sure who he was talking to so I kinda just looked at him and then he said it louder (drawing everyone's attention of course) and I asked for what reason and he said " you just have to go" I again asked him why and he repeated himself. I was shocked I didn't understand what I did and I told him I didn't do anything and to please go back and review the cameras because all I did was put my Bobby pins and phone in my pocketb and he refused. I even offered for him to search me and my belongings and he said no get out. I asked to speak to the manager and he said he was, so I asked for corporates phone number and he ripped off a piece of receipt paper and said it was on the back. I stepped outside by this time in tears and humiliated and I call the number and it is for people who write checks, so I go back in and ask him again and then he gives me a card about gift certificates. I call that and like I thought wrong again. I inform him and he said it's not his problem I can just Google if I need now get out! This isn't the first time I have seen him be so inappropriate and rude with customers. On a NIGHTLY BASIS when it is close to closing time he will get on the intercom and very rudely tell people if they aren't in line in the next 5 mins then they are not able to check out and can just leave, even though there is still almost 15 minutes until they close. And if he feels like you are walking too slow or if you are going through your cart to make sure you want everything or for whatever reason he will very rudely tell you to get in line or get out. One night I even tried to be nice and make conversation and asked him if it was a long day or something and he rudely said "no I just want to get out of here do I can smoke a cigarette and you all want to take your sweet time". I honestly don't know how he even had a job and needless to say I have made a formal complaint as well. And I urge everyone to go somewhere else before coming here!

I travel for work and so I end up stopping in many Ross locations while on the road. Unfortunately I had the experience of being at this one while Jeremiah was working. Rude. Unhelpful. Should be fired, but let’s face it - he won’t. Avoid this store.

I normally love Ross but the way I was treated on my last visit has ruined all chances of me ever going back.
I purchased shoes, socks, and a cute water bottle for my shift at a nearby store and was treated very rudely.
When I left the store, the alarm went off. The cashier forgot to take the tag off my shoes, and they treated me like a criminal even when I wasn't. They're who messed up, but not a single word was said as they removed the tag with a disgusted look on their face.
Will not be going back.

I was shopping yesterday with my grandkids. My gr.daughter went to a cashier, she had a 20. The cashier didn't have change. I finished with my items. Went over to give her a five so we could just move on. The manager finally got there and said no I couldn't do that that.We had to wait for the cashier to get the cash, it would mess things up. The total was 4.25, How hard is it to give me a quarterback? And we could have moved on!!!
Teach the cashiers how to make change and make sure they have enough change at all times!
