The staff is incredible, friendly, and takes pride in their work, with excellent checkers and helpful employees in every department. Customers note the particularly great meat department and the excellent manager and staff in the seafood department, who are very customer-oriented. The store offers a full grocery experience with a bakery featuring customizable cakes, a deli with made-to-order party trays, and a butchers block with an assortment of meat and seafood. The produce department is full of fresh fruits and vegetables. The floral department is notable for its beautiful, fresh bouquets and exclusive designs, often filling the store with a heavy, pleasant scent of flowers. Additional services include Order Ahead pick-up, Grocery Delivery, and DriveUp & Go™ for convenience. The pharmacy also provides good service. I had a great experience at Safeway pharmacy. The pharmacist Manikege was very nice, and went above and beyond with my transaction to get the lowest rate for my prescriptions. Thank you for making my day better. She deserves a raise.

Ive been going to this Safeway since it opened when I was a kid. Since i have visited many other grocery stores and years later... this is the one for me! Safeway Heights Rules!
