We had a clogged toilet and called Friday afternoon. We were told that they would be here at the house between one and four. At 5 We hadn’t heard from anybody so we tried to call the office. All Calls to an answering service. At about 530 they finally called again. This time evidently the plumber broke apart and had to go get one, but he was still coming. We have been waiting all day no calls except for this last one and no update since then it’s now almost 7 o’clock.. Horrible, horrible service no communication. I heard good things about Henco Plumbing. That’s why I’m calling.

Christina in your HVAC department did an AMAZING job! She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and addressed all of my questions regarding my air conditioner and furnace. We were able to get scheduled on short notice. Mick did a great job clearing a clog and proactively offering preventative recommendations given the age of the pipes. Very impressed and satisfied with Sarkinen!

We just bought an older home come to find out the tub wasn’t draining properly and kitchen sink was leaking. I googled around and texted Sarniken and almost immediately got a response that same morning. They were able to show up a couple hours after I contacted them and fixed the issue ON A HOLIDAY (Memorial Day). Mick was so kind, educational, and helpful!! He even showed me how to do it and how to prevent future issues. Honestly I can’t rave enough about his services and thoughtfulness, he went above and beyond and that’s why I felt compelled to write this review as soon as he finished. Absolutely will be contacting them again for all future plumbing needs. Thank you Mick!!! Please give him a raise, this guy is the real MVP.
