The staff are pretty nice sometimes, I would just be mindful of how they can be with certain customers. Your coffee is great, do not get a new coffee machine! There's a great variety of snacks, it's just the female employees.

I won't be back.
Three times I have left here disappointed.
The female staff are unfriendly and the one with piercings has an attitude problem. I am unfamiliar with having burritos and chicken strips at 10:00am, and expected to see something more related to breakfast.
Also, I was semi ridiculed for getting two biscuits instead of getting a ton of greasy food that the staff were hovering over.
I don't think I will even get gas here.

2am not open 24/7 not sure why there’s nothing posted doors are chained shut. Needed something for late night work.

I see a review from last month received a response from the owner. In fact the owner seems to respond to most reviews which I think is a positive thing. But looking through them i believe that the responses are generic replies vs. individually addressed issues. PLEASE change your damn hours. Your doors are not open 24hrs and it would be nice to be informed about that before driving there. Used to love this place.

Went to Shell today as I usually do on my way to work. Been a regular for awhile. Today I found out the best part of that place was fired. One of the reasons I go to that particular store is for the best employee there, Vannessa. She always greets everyone with a smile and kind words. Makes everyone feel important and like family. I will be spreading the word and letting everyone know what happened. They will lose a lot of customers because the store doesn’t bring in business, the great customer service does, and now they don’t have that. Their loss.

I usually pick my neighborhood mart based on the staff, which means I also usually go at the same time of day. That's why I go here. The girls that work the early afternoon are super friendly, remember my order, and make it feel like it's just our neighborhood mart. There was an older dude with long hair (Niners fan!) who was incredibly nice, but he left; hope the current staff sticks around, too. I don't want to have to find another market !!! Also, though gas on the west side of V is typically higher, this place is actually cheaper than the closest surrounding five stations.

This goes out to the Owner of the building because your to cheap andIncompetent you have lost my business, ampm is open 24 hours as should you beThe staff are your store is the kindest and most friendliest people I've ever met. You need to learn that your close to companies that start early you would make more money if you spent more on employees to run the store either starting earlier or 24 hours

Employees need to be better trained on what things cost . Multiple times I have been overcharged there on the deli items . The last time I said something , she was about to start arguing with me , rather than double checking what the price actually was ...

The store is not open 24 hours. That's very misleading. The self-service gas pumps are 24 hours. I'm not sure what time the store closes, but it is closed when I get off work at 11. I stop in a lot on my way to work. The workers are always very polite and friendly. They carry a few things that I have never seen anywhere else, like their delicious 2 packs of cookies and OH Snap! carrots and green beans. The carrots are very good :)

Somehow this gas station doesnt show up either on Google or Yelp but since we were right across the corner and going to another gas staion a mile away this one seemed like a better deal .Lots of weird instructions on the machine . Gas prices are slightly higher than the others in the area .

Fantastic staff, clean well stocked and great hot food. They make enough to keep everyone fed but not so much that they have to throw away and waste food. My favorite shell station by far.

Went to in before work on a normal Sunday around 7am when the door says they open at 5am and the doors were still locked. Looks like someone did show up for work.
